This was perfectly legitimate according to the constitution (a long term plan and fuckery put in by the Cabal from the beginning).
This was written into 5A. It was also put in earlier in one of the Articles (maybe two of the articles? I'd have to go look again), but clearly and explicitly stated in 5A.
The real fuckery wasn't the change of value from ~$20 to ~$35 (not that it wasn't fuckery, but it was minimal in comparison). The real fuckery was the "exchange" between paper gold and real gold, as laid out in 5A:
This statement says the "Govt" (AKA the small number of PEOPLE who control everything) can take whatever they want, whenever they want, and We The People can do fuck all about it. Of course we are "justly compensated," but by whose determination? Is it even really possible to have your property forcfully stolen and be happy about it?
We believe that a "government" is "Sovereign." Why do we believe that? We don't even know what that means. We are told that "We The People" are the government. We don't know what that means really, but we believe it. If you look at what it meant in the Constitution, you will find it doesn't mean what you think it means.
All you really need to know is, YOU are Sovereign. A "Government" CAN'T BE SOVEREIGN. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE!
The greatest fuckery was in the DoI (written by Jefferson, clearly a Cabal agent). There were some flowery words in his DoI that suggested that We are Sovereign, though if you look closely, that was clearly not the case. Regardless of the flowery words in the DoI, the Constitution took out the knowledge of our Sovereignty forever (at least within the framework of our legal system), part of the Cabals plan.
The real gold to paper exchange was perfectly legal per the Constitution. The change from $20 to $35 was perfectly legal per the Constitution. It was all perfectly legal per the constitution under the guise of "National Security," which is a carte blanche authority to do literally anything the PTB want to do, built in from day one; per the Cabal.
We are told, CONSTANTLY, that "if only we could go back to the Constitution, everything would be great." That is controlled opposition. The Cabal has been running the show since day one, and that is easily seen if you investigate deeply into the "Founding Fathers". I'm sure some were in earnest, but many (of the most "heroic") were clearly Cabal agents from day one.
NOTE: The first part of 5A is even worse than the part I quoted. If you unwind all the legal fuckery, including all the laws on the books at the time regarding "citizens" (and what that actually means, legally inherited from England, the Roman Empire, and the HRE), it ensures that ALL PEOPLE are perfect slaves forever, i.e. we don't own our lives, and of course, "National Security" ensures it in every way.

I agree. A group of real Sovereign entities can act together for one purpose and act as if they were One Sovereign. But that doesn't make them "more Sovereign" than a single Sovereign entity. It only means that if the larger group wants to go to war against a smaller group (or one person), the bigger group is more likely to win.
Whether or not that is "right" or "wrong" is a different debate. What is important is understanding that ALL of the entities are Sovereign, and all are fundamentally equal. Even if in practice the bigger bully usually wins, that doesn't change the fact that it's always a proper act of war (AKA not inherently morally justifiable), one Sovereign against another Sovereign.
There are numerous instances of judgements that make it perfectly clear that a corporation (AKA a non-corporeal entity, in this case a governmental corporation) has no actual ability to do anything. They can't influence reality at all (i.e. they aren't real), and thus can't be "Sovereign."
This has been going on for MUCH LONGER than the creation of the non-corporeal entity (corporation) we call "the Crown," controlled by the same entity the whole time (over 2000 years longer).

I've been "digging" (investigating in earnest) for a few years now (for my whole life really, but more properly focused since 2020). I've written thousands of pages on this topic (including a book). My investigation (and the associated follow up hypothesis) has been focused on "how long has that single entity been controlling the world through the same methodology?" That it has been controlled by a single entity is well established and in my book. The follow up investigation of "how long" is the hypothesis.
I can establish that the single entity (or very closely tied group of entities, knowingly working towards a single goal) has been controlling the world from the shadows, is beyond a reasonable doubt, and it has been going on since at least 70AD, with very few reasonable doubts since 500BC. From there, I have found several evidence chains that suggest it has been going on (from the same group) from as long as 4000BC, with some evidence suggesting it has been going on as long as the Flood (around 10,000BC).
Reasonable questions of what happened before that gets really muddy (pun intended). But there are hints that the Flood may have been an orchestrated event INTENDED to bring about the world we have today (i.e. it was a power play).
Did the entity (human genetic group? alien group?, extra-dimensional (AKA "spiritual") entity or group? all of the above?) cause the Flood, or did they just take advantage of the situation afterwards? I don't know if it's possible to know for sure (different evidence suggest opposing conclusions). Like I said, it gets way too muddy. If you have any specific evidence (that I haven't already found, or that you may have specific insights for), that would be helpful in my investigation. "Keep digging" on the other hand is... not overly useful.

In my area, things were a bit different during the Civil War—especially before and during the Cilver War. This place used to be a retreat for the wealthy, who would come here to relax and enjoy their holidays. While General Sherman was making his famous march to the sea, many affluent folks buried their gold, silver, and other treasures on their plantations, farms, and even between graves, hoping to keep them safe from Union soldiers. Legend has it that millions of dollars in gold are still hidden around Georgia!
One interesting piece of history is the 1865 Georgia Gold Train Robbery. This event involved Confederate gold, estimated to be between $250,000 and $450,000, that went missing near Chennault, Georgia, just after the Civil War ended. Although some gold and silver coins were taken from the so-called "treasure train," only about $70,000 was ever recovered, leaving a real treasure mystery that many still talk about today.
To add a bit more local flavor, in December 1864, Sherman's army passed through our county. The Right Wing, including the 15th and 17th Corps, camped here on their way to the sea, with some significant activities happening around December 6-8.
And here's a fun tidbit: some long-lost gold has been discovered right here in our county, and people are still on the hunt for gold and silver in our area!

There is an interesting connected family tree on the inside front cover. I downloaded a copy from somewhere online, but I can't remember where. You can "borrow" one to read on Archive.org, but the ones I looked at didn't have the family tree included.
