Good read . Interesting.
Fun fact, they never show the highly intricate and detailed carving on the backs of the statues.
I hear they have bodies buried deep in the ground, too.
I never heard that. But cavemen dragging intricate pieces of stone weighing thousands of tonnes just for the laughs doesn’t make any sense.
Especially when they had to feed and defend themselves from rival tribes. The current accepted system narrative is actually retarded.
Remember these people didn’t even have the wheel, farming or metal, yet despite this and the hardships of Stone Age life, they dedicated most of their resources to quarrying, dragging and carving these stones around.
With NO METAL tools. It’s another example of how the industrialised education system is beyond redemption.
Maybe they just wanted an Easter egg

The missing scientists question and the Easter Island question may seem unrelated. I believe they share a common thread. Both involve the suppression of knowledge that someone, somewhere, has decided the public is not ready for, or more accurately, not permitted to have.
Easter Island is a monument to a capability that should not have existed, yet reportedly did. The missing scientists are a monument to a knowledge base that someone very badly does not want assembled, published, or shared.
TaQo's thought is that the black budget sectors of the military/aerospace complex stand to gain the most from taking these people off the board. They've got BILLIONS and years invested in advanced technology & they'll be damned if some snot nosed punk from MIT or some chick in a hotel meeting room with a PowerPoint are going to give away the keys to the kingdom for the price of reading a tweet or attending a meeting at 7pm at the Hilton.
This tech is similar to futures investments... they're positioned to extract maximum profit AND power, at an undisclosed date in the future. They're literally banking on this... it's an investment to them. An investment for simple profit, and one that will secure their position in the future and make them both relevant and powerfully important. They're not gonna just let billions go down the tubes AND let anyone else steal their fire... and patents... and license fees... and residuals... and future contracts because they "knocked it out of the park" with this "thing" - whatever it is...

Just as an aside, but the "billions" invested came from US taxpayers via USAP programs. These technologies belong to Americans, not the assholes who were given money and PAID to research recovered Alien tech.
That's a key issue with "black budgets" and slush funds...
I'm not convinced. This was not at all true of the development and dissemination of knowledge for rocketry and nuclear fission, two of the most advanced technologies we have today. The first ideas were published openly. Then they were researched openly. Then they were researched under the pressure of military applications. But this stage became rapidly international. Applications became widespread: powerplants, submarines, surface ships, ballistic missiles, satellites, manned space flight, space stations. Both areas have moved into the private market with competition. When new science is at issue, it is a footrace...not a case of constipation and skulduggery.
None of the missing or dead people were of key importance to anything. The normal incidence of "missing" people would lead to even a larger number among the cadre considered, so there is nothing special about them. One could cherry-pick a dozen missing bakers with equally mysterious circumstances.

No theory necessary. Out of a population of about 350 million, there are about 600,000 persons who go missing annually. This is a probability rate of 0.0017143/year. For a population sample of about 20,000 (the estimated size of the technical community from which these people came), there would be expected 34 disappearances/year. The subject list is barely more than a dozen over 3 or 4 years. It is nothing but happenstance. The only question might be why there are so few missing persons...but you can't blame that on mysterious actors.
