I have seen one here in FL, off S.R. 50 between Tirusville and Orlando. Their loping walk is unmistakable, as is their silhouette. Down here they're called skunk apes because of their smell. You can typically smell and hear them before you see one. I've heard and smelled them before, too, on camping trips in the Everglades and Big Cyoress Swamp. They will come into your camp at night and rummage through anything left outside your tent. Sometimes they will take things they think can be useful. It's easy to distinguish from a bear because a bear will upend the whole camp searching for an easy meal, but a skunk ape will go through your stuff like a human does. It's way more precise and quieter, and if they take something, it's usually a tool they think they can use. The scream/howl they make is unlike anything you will hear from the rest of the animal kingdom. It sounds animal-like, but it's different. Their smell is unlike anything else I know of in the animal kingdom, too. It's hard to explain, but it'll definitely send chills up your spine. If they do get close enough to see, hear, or smell, you will also feel a semse of foreboding long before that happens. Like you're being watched from a distance, or from the brush, just out of eyesight.
It's a very surreal experience and one that will have you question yourself. You'll end up going over the experience in your mind, over and over again, until you're finally forced to admit that yes, you did encounter one because that's the only logically available explanation.

I'll be sure to have my Galaxy S26 Ultra with me which takes absolutely gorgeous pics if I ever encounter one.
Reports of large primates have been coming for many centuries around the world, and from frontiersmen in America since the 1700s. I doubt DARPA had much to do with these sightings.
Arkansas and Pennsylvannia .. Scarey.. I saw mine in Arkansas in the 1970's.. Just glad I am not alone.. My Brother-in-law saw his in Pennsylvannia.. We both described the same being..

And I'll make sure steady shot is enabled...
Too bad Bigfoot is actually blurry
I wonder how bears and mountain lions interact with these creatures. Or if they keep their distance. Also what food fuels them.
Hey neighbor, I live in Merritt Island 😊
I was really looking forward to some new blurry pics....
For those who have any doubt about Bigfoot:

Updoot for laughing out loud.
We have such similar screen names, I feel like we are siblings.
Should get together and audit the world plan.
No. I do believe that DARPA or some such deep state agency has been FN around with wildlife DNA.

Davey Crockett shot one
Chuck Norris had one as a pet
Chuck made all of them in his state 🛁 once a day.
Elusive .
