The lawsuit will now move forward. Newsom, Bass, and the government entities can no longer avoid discovery — the stage where they have to turn over documents, answer questions, and provide evidence. This was their last realistic chance to kill the case before it gets deep into the evidence phase. The fire victims' case against them is still alive and proceeding.
Is there also a lawsuit against all the criminal actions the state took to prevent homeowners from accessing and rebuilding their properties. Surely some of those wealthy homeowners will fight back against the theft of their properties.
The courts must also put a hold on Newsom and Bass selling any lands, evenfor non-payment of taxes until this plays out in the courts. Ultimately taxes must be waived d/t their negligence. Also an investigation of why insurance was an elled prior to the fire. Was their collusion between all parties to benefit from the land being sold? Was there money exchanged between officials and the man who started the fire?
Things are about to get very real and ugly for these two communists….

Sorry but this ticks me off. The only thing this court action is going to do is make the taxpayers pay if they lose. We need real justice.
