Yup, the guy walked in there thinking he was going to get probation via a plea agreement, but the judge didn't accept it.

I don't think the prison he's going to will be able to keep why he's there from getting out.

Great for the judge, did she only do this because the POS is white and checks off a box?
I wonder if we'll be addressing the underlying issues with the fact that this particular kind of mental illness is quite pervasive among the human population.
