It is shocking how many attorneys are sloppy.

Much as I might like some of the things Sidney Powell did, reading through some of her pleadings was shocking. Terrible spelling and sentences that didn't make any sense.

Government attorneys win a lot of cases, but not because they are the best. It's because they lie, cheat, steal, threaten and get away with things that judges pretend not to notice.
