I think we'd be better off at this point if we just erected a new border wall around the whole State and sequestered/segregated it from the rest of the nation. And maybe Oregon and Washington, too. Then, we could begin the process of relocating our military bases out of those States and also work to forcefully secede them from the Union.
How about making New Jersey a commune and either deporting all registered democrats to it or having them pledge an oath of loyalty to God, fellow Americans, sovereignty, freedom, property ownership, and righteousness?

Yea getting rid of the majority of the country’s gdp by kicking CA out is a really good idea.
