No foreigner should ever own US land, for any reason. They can lease, or become a citizen. But US land should only be owned by US citizens, and no citizen has any constitutional right to sell our US soil to foreign interests.
That being said, it means that this is a state jurisdiction issue. There is no constitutional law stopping a state from making laws to forbid the sale of land to foreigners. You know what to do.
