Maybe don't purchase the products or services of a company that engages in dynamic pricing. If people didn't act like such cattle we wouldn't have these problems.

You will have to input multiple birth dates to see if that is the actual variable. If that is what the price is based on then yes, lawsuit time.
Unfortunately, I don't know of any attorney here except A Dog but he doesn't fly commercial.
while it is a serious issue about them charging ANYONE more for their age, the woman that made the video is mathematically challenged. they are not charging $250 more, they are charging $400 more. disgusting....
