Before I started your protocol I was in very bad shape from RA. I have been on Placquenil for about 30 years but it had stopped being effective. I was having difficulty turning doorknobs, lifting a glass of water and walking. I had near constant pain in my fingers, wrists, shoulders, and knees primarily, but other places would pop up as well. I was taking a lot of Advil to get through the day, and to sleep.
Within weeks of starting your protocol I started seeing noticeable improvements Gradually every part of my body got better. My fingers are nimble and pain free. I never have shoulder pain anymore. I'm able to lift weights, play pickleball, pretty much anything want to do. I have occasional pain in my hands and knees, and my wrists are still not quite 100%. But I can easily lift myself up out of the bathtub now and can even do a few pushups before the wrist pain is too much. I could not put any weight on my wrists before your protocol.
I almost never take Advil or any pain reliever anymore as even flare ups are very minimal. Honestly it feels almost miraculous.
I've been off your protocol for one week because of the heart stent procedure and have had no pain progression. I resumed the protocol today.
As an FYI, since you have the fasting as optional, I want to let you know that I did a water only fast for three days each of the three months.

fenben isn't water soluable and needs help with fats when you ingest it. fenben is also soluble in dmso. i mix fenben with dmso for topical application.
So true. Fenben refuses to dissolve in water, but the way I take it (700mg/day) is to measure it out in a TBSP measure and then gently pour liposomal high dose vitamin C over it, and swallow it whole. Fenben is an extremely fine powder and can go everywhere and make a mess if you're not careful, and that is directly BECAUSE it is insoluble. Don't even breathe on it or you'll have an expensive mess to clean up.
500mg fenben in a large pat of butter. mix. nummy, like cake frosting and is very keto.
Makis mentioned in one of his posts that Ivermectin absorbs 2.4x better if taken with a fatty meal than if taken just with water.
What type of fenben is topical?
dmso is used topically on the skin for several reasons. i dissolve fenben into it in addition to high quality castor oil (70/30 ratio). it makes a very fine rollon lotion. it accelerates healing. i've even applied the mixture on skin cancer areas.

So how does this work, anyone have speculation

So taking an antiparasitic then which helps the joints...
Does this logically imply that parasites are causing the inflammation?

Arthritis is more than inflammation.
Ivermectin, FenBen, DMSO, Quercetin, and others are more than anti-parasitics and more than anti-inflammatories, also.
Biology is INSANELY complex, and more than parasites and inflammation are going on with arthritis, cancer, and almost any other ailment you might name.
This breaks my heart. My beloved aunt just died at 67 in February after a brutal 35 years battling rheumatoid arthritis. Longtime steroid use caused a bowel perforation and she died two weeks after surgery. Damn big pharma and big medicine to hell.
I'm so sorry to hear that. An early death plus 35 years of dealing with a painful, dysfunctional condition -- for no reason other than a system that lives for money above all.

1 milligram for each kilogram = 105 milligrams per day
Each tablet is 12 milligrams
So that comes out to 8.75 tablets per day at $1.15 per tablet.
