The dems strategy has alway been to keep blacks down on the plantation. Keep them poor by giving them government gibs to live off of. Section 8 housing, food stamps, free everything so they're kept in generational poverty and keep voting for dems to keep the free gibs.

I've travelled all over the U.S. throughout my life, and I can honestly say beyond a shadow of doubt, the most racist places I've ever been to are liberal Democrat bastions. And the most racist among those are the West Coast States: CA, OR, and WA. With the Pacific N.W. being the most racist or anywhere in the U.S. I've been, and Western Washington State being the worst of all.
