I had a skin cancer (mole) removed from my face several months ago. I had another mole appear on my wrist that had VERY similar characteristics to the one on my face. Rather than doing another round of "get a dermatologist to have it biopsied, and then have it completely removed if cancer is found", I started treating it with ivermectin (horese paste). I put a dab of it on the mole and covered with a bandaide twice a day. I did that for about six weeks. It maintained the red appearance throughout, and I didn't think it was working as hoped, so I stopped the ivermectin and switched to tea tree oil for a few days, again with no apparent change in the appearance. I went back to the ivermectin for another week or so, and then just quit any treatment. Within another week or so, the mole shrank and disappeared by the end of about two weeks. The ivermectin horse paste is only 1.87% ivermectin, so I wonder how effective a higher strength ivermectin paste would be, if it was the reason the mole was knocked out. And now I don't know if the tea tree oil had any effect or not, but I think there are probably many combinations of things out there that could have amazing results, but of course, the establishment medical community would not like those combinations validated, or even talked about. I would be interested in hearing if others here at GAW have used ivermectin horse paste to treat any skin conditions.

I personally had good luck removing a mole with tea tree oil
They probably both had an effect.
This is why I suggest skipping the scientistic guinea pig approach and use the kitchen sink approach.
You're not going to author a scientific paper for your phd on ivm and moles, are you? No, the answer is no you aren't.
You just want the mole gone. Next time use everything you think might work. I get that it would dilute the ivm, but you dont' need much tea tree oil. One drop or less even. Or mix the drop with a dollop of ivm and then use that paste on it.
I have removed several moles with apple cider vinegar.
In March 2025 I was diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer involving the left median breast (muscle and skin were attached with the cancer in between), and left and right axillary lymph nodes. I started letrozole (hormone blocker) and refused chemo. I was not a surgical candidate I was told d/t bilateral lymph node involvement. I didn’t want surgery anyhow d/t seeding of cancer cells with biopsies (which I had) and with surgery. I refused chemo d/t side effects and destruction of the immune system. I immediately started 1 mg ivermectin/kilo and 1776 mg of fenbendazole which I later switched to 1000mg of mebendazole. I began walking 1 1/2 miles per day, later increasing to 2 miles. I changed my diet completely: eliminated bread, potatoes, pasta, refined sugars, all lunch meats, bacon and pork products. I ate grass fed/grass finished beef, organic free roaming chicken, turkey and eggs. I practiced intermittent fasting starting with 12 hours and worked up to 18 hours. I added Green Matcha tea 28 ounces when I awakened and then walked on an empty stomach. My first meal consisted of 1 cup Greek yogurt with 2 TBSP ground flaxseed, and 1 cup mixed berries ( black berries, raspberries and blueberries). I occasionally ate strawberries. For lunch I had 3 eggs scrambled with 1 ounce cheddar cheese or 1 cup active culture cottage cheese. Dinner was 1/2 plate of lightly steamed cruciferous vegetables and 4 ounces of beef, chicken or turkey. I eat wild caught salmon 2 days/week. I occasionally add avocado, salads, tuna fish or egg salad made with Greek yogurt instead of mayo. If I want desert, I have chia pudding with cacao powder. I try to eliminate all seed oils (canola, vegetable, peanut, soy). In addition I take tumeric 2250 mg, Liposomal Vitamin C 1000 mg, Vitamin D 20,000-35,000 IU’s, Vitamin K2 180mcg., Vitamin B complex, Zinc picolinate 50 mg, krill oil. 1000 mg., Magnesium L-threonate 2000mg, milk thistle 375 mg, white willow (in place of low dose aspirin). I am pleased to report that by December 2025, the cancer in all areas decreased considerably in size. In March 2026, there was no evidence of cancer in either lymph nodes and they were normal size and the cancer in the left breast involving the skin and pectoral muscle has no visual external evidence and by MRI it too has decreased in size or it may be remaining scar tissue which the MRI can not differentiate. I did in December 2025 increase my ivermectin to 1.5 mg/kg and my mebendazole to 1500mg. I purchase my ivermectin and mebendazole from ALL DAY CHEMIST in India. I also apply ivermectin cream 1% externally twice a day to the area involving the skin and pectoral muscle. The only side effects thus far was back in March to April 2025 as I started the ivermectin and mebendazole. I was extremely fatigued. That cleared up in May 2025. I also drink filtered water about 48 oz. per day. I never smoked and quit any alcohol ( I maybe had a drink or class of wine with dinner twice/month, but no longer). I also did daily saunas in the morning. So what worked? Maybe the ivermectin, mebendazole and letrazole or maybe everything. All I know is I feel good, the cancer appears to have diminished/regressed.
That’s great news!
Hey Hope, I just came back to your comment here and wanted to know a few more details. I am a Stage III breast cancer survivor, myself.
I am trying to catalogue for my own purposes the things that work for others. I have a large file of anecdotes on cancer cures. I want to make sure I show exactly what worked for you, if I may.
Re my journey: I opted for a double mastectomy and reconstruction due to the extensive involvement in my breast, and the doctor removed 17 lymph nodes (2 of which were barely affected, and 15 that were completely healthy). I would not have approved this choice, but alas I was under anesthesia. Afterwards, I refused the hormone blocker and the chemo and the radiation they offered.
I was given a 16.2% chance of survival for each year I manage to not die, according to the type and Stage of my cancer. Well, it's now been 8 years and I'm still kicking. But, I have been and continue to do my own relentless research and began using alternative therapies within weeks of my diagnosis.
I have employed for periods of time the following: Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Artemisinin, Apricot Kernels, Lion's mane mushrooms, daily tea drinking, 23 daily vitamins including many of those you mentioned, and several other things.
And so, I have not had a reoccurence as they predicted, but I have had some weird skin manifestations that I have battled, often using Ivermectin topically, so I know it all adds up. It's a daily trial and experiment, isn't it?
But - getting back to you - I would like to note how often you take or took the Ivermectin and the Fenbendazole or Mebendazole. You mention the dose, but not the frequency. Was it daily for a few months? Or a few times a week for a period of time? Or every day, always in perpetuity?
Thanks for any more details that you can provide!
That is amazing. I am so happy to hear of your great results.
Yes. Too long to get into, but I have had very good success with skin issues with using horse paste gel applied topically. Sometimes I've used an entire syringe every day for a week to cover my skin hives, rash, etc. Now, I recommend always taking it 3x weekly by mouth, while also applying topically to hit it from all sides.
For a single mole or bump of concern, I also have had great success with Dr. Scholl's Freeze Away aerosol nitrogen cans to freeze the spot. Sometimes you have to freeze that spot multiple times a day until it forms a big blister. Then, it will then scab and the offending bump or mole will disappear. The spot will be pink for a while, but leave no scar at all, unlike have the area cut out!
If the spot(s) re-manifest, freeze again. Sometimes it takes multiple efforts to get the depth of the root in its entirety.
Both work fantastically.
I had this saved:
Dr. William Makis & Dr. John Campbell - IVERMECTIN and FENBENDAZOLE REPURPOSED for CANCER and OTHER THINGS
https://youtu.be/QBnT8es28WY
Renowned radiologist, oncologist, and cancer researcher Dr. William Makis highlights the diverse applications of Ivermectin, a broad-spectrum antiparasitic agent with various mechanisms of action. Dr. Makis shares how the topical use of Ivermectin has shown promising outcomes in treating skin cancers and severe acne, with anecdotal evidence of skin cancer lesions shrinking and disappearing after a few months of application.
Additionally, patients with challenging skin conditions like cystic acne have found relief with topical Ivermectin after exhausting other treatment options. The drug's topical application has also demonstrated encouraging results in reducing nodules, lipomas, and even cancerous lymph nodes in breast cancer patients.
When I had the first mole removed by a surgical dermatologist, a nurse there told me they routinely prescribe ivermectin for people. I wonder what strength paste they prescribe?
The cream they sell is always 1%. The horse paste is nearly double potency at 1.87%. See below what is available:
1.) There's this, Easy Derm Rosacea Cream which is 1% ivermectin + 2 other good ingredients. Needs an RX and is being sold for $75.00 for 1.5 oz. (45 grams).
https://www.easyderm.com/rosacea-cream
2.) Iver mectins Iverheal Cream 1% for Rosacea $18.00 for 1 oz. (30 grams)
https://vitample.com/product/ivernol-cream/
3.) Horse Paste Ivermectin 1.87% strength for $9.99 for .2 oz (6.08 grams) Or, buy a 10-pak of the .2 oz for $39.99 - that means 2.0 oz for $40.00

Wow! I wonder why they have such low concentrations of ivermectin in the "for human use" formulations?
Makes you wonder, doesn't it?
Was looking into this. Family was prescribed Ivermectin cream for rosacea. It is FDA approved for this. Insurance refused to pay/approve it. Looked into cash payment for the prescription and it was $140+ bucks. (Pharmacist said he was giving a deal at that price.) Prescription ivermectin (I was told) is 1%.
Realized horse paste is 1.87% (iirc). So, horse paste better. I did hear/read (Dr. Makis, I think) that skin cancer can take 2-3 mos to clear (average).
Yep. I've had success treating rosacea on my face with tractor supply horse paste. I put it on (it feels hot, exothermic reaction to skin), and also take some internally.
The mechanism of action is twofold: 1) antiinflammatory, 2) kills insects, which would be dust mites and hair follicle mites (demodex)
The derm gives me expensive tacrilomide vaseline goo and its annoying to use because its greasy, and also it burns like hell and give you something like sunburn. If you dont' keep using it, rosacea comes back.
IVM makes it go away for MUCH longer
Dermatologists are evil for not immediately giving me ivermectin pills and ointment that works. They are either evil or they are wildly too ignorant to do their job right. I know the latter cannot be true, so they are just evil and want your money.
Ivermectin cream 1% from India is $8.00/ tube, no prescription.
Yes. Constant scabs on scalp. Treated with horse paste 2x daily. Cleared up in about 90 days.
The fact that there are results with the paste that has only 1.87% ivermectin, makes you wonder how effective a high-strength ivermectin cream would be!
I saw a video of a Dr., he said the topical cream formulated for humans is 1% and mentions using horse paste at 1.87% Here is a link, it's not the video I am remembering, but same topic.

I’ve only used paste. And have used it on a skin thing on my face. It was a raised gray 3/8x1/2” spot, raised enough so my shaver would catch it if not careful. Used paste on it every time I showered. Can’t even see it anymore. Took a bunch of months to diminish. I continue to use it. Nothing else was used.
This is completely anecdotal but has my interest- hubs and I got covid back in 21. We did the horse paste, NAC, vit d etc...very short rona illness AND...I had a small mole that was changing on my cheek- it was to the point that I was going to make an appt to have it checked...after covid/Ivermectin, the mole was GONE. COMPLETELY GONE and normal skin back in its place...
Sorry this is a bit off topic… I live out in the country. In the past three years Ticks have been on the rise. I have had lymes disease four times and each time cured it COMPLETELY using topical dmso. No shots, no antibiotics, no doctors just plain ole dmso. The first time I had it, took me about six weeks. last time cured it in about two weeks. And best of all…no meat allergies whatsoever. Doctors suck, maybe because they’re mostly libtards?
This is an important anecdote.
You cured your Lyme disease symptoms with DMSO!
I will add this for my health cures file.
Thanks!
So sorry for my late reply
Yes! Four freakin times! Two times in one summer. I have ZERO symptoms. I mix the following: DMSO real aloe Vera gel (from the plants that I grow myself) Artimesium tincture (wormwood)
I applied it once every evening until it stops itching. I NEVER got any meat allergies. I think it’s something in the treatment from the pharmaceuticals? Also lookup midwestern doctor. He’s got all the DMSO protocols for a wide range of ailments.
Thanks, Libtard. BUT PLEASE, COULD YOU HELP A BIT MORE?
Do you mind answering a few specifics, please?
Thanks in advance. I am making a file for myself. More details are better!
I’m a person who doesn’t get exacting because so many combinations of this stuff works with Lyme so please allow me to keep this very simple because it really is. Don’t rely on me, you’ll need to do your own research. This site is helpful but not all encompassing https://www.midwesterndoctor.com/p/dmso-mixtures-transform-natural-medicine
Hey Pat, thanks for the added details. I've now added this to my file for future use. Appreciate it!
Thank you. I hope you get a chance to use DMSO. Pretty amazing health benefits. Btw I heard of a lady with cancer died because she slathered it over her body 100%.
Oh no! Why would the DMSO kill her? That seems wrong!
Oh, one more detail - the only kind of Artemisa I've found is in pill form. What kind did you use that you could spread on your skin?
You had lyme disease, a systemic infection, and you cured it by putting dmso on your skin? Did you cover your whole body with dmso? I worry that you might actually have lyme disease that is past the initial infection stage, after which it becomes systemic, and causes horrible long-term symptoms, similar to siphylis.
Yes! I had it Four freakin times! Two times in one summer. By the way, that was FOUR YEARS AGO. So definitely no continued infection. It’s subcutaneous for the first few weeks so the dmso kills it off before it goes systemic. I have ZERO symptoms. I mix the following: DMSO, real aloe Vera gel (from the plants that I grow myself) and Artimesium tincture (wormwood)
I applied it once every evening until it stops itching. I NEVER got any meat allergies. I think it’s something in the treatment from the pharmaceuticals? Also lookup midwestern doctor. He’s got all the DMSO protocols for a wide range of ailments.
Yes, my rosacea. For better than a decade I used sunscreen on my face to block any solar rays, this is what really inflamed the condition, so blocking the sun kept it under control with hardly any breakouts. I started using ivermectin on my face the beginning of this year and quit using sunscreen. In the beginning, I used it daily, for about a month. No breakout w/o sunscreen. Then I started using weekly and still no problems with the sun. Now I use it about 3 or 4 times a month, still no breakouts, even if I eat chocolate which can also inflame the condition. I consider myself pretty much cured with just occasional use.
ANGELCOLE - PLEASE READ THIS:
Re defeating Rosacea: I don't know if you know this, but experts have concluded that Rosacea is caused by tiny skin mites called Demodex Folliculorum. I know how to kill them FOR GOOD.
Do you ever wonder why the Rosacea returns? It is because they are not just on your face, but up your nose, on your neck, the tops of your shoulders, inside your ears and all over your scalp. When you treat only your face, and then stop, while you sleep, they will just migrate from the other areas and repopulate. Best to tackle the whole shoulders-and-up to finally defeat them.

About 12 years ago, I bought myself a good home microscope. I connect the viewfinder via usb to my 30" 4K monitor to view my subject in great detail. Once I possessed this, I went on a tear, where I looked at everything I could under a microscope to understand it.
It was then that I learned about the invisible tiny skin mites called Demodex. If you haven't seen what they look like, they are kind of like a seal with 8 short legs and a fat long tail. Here is a photo of 3 of them burrowed head-down into a hair follicle:
https://www.frontiersin.org/files/Articles/1576102/xml-images/falgy-06-1576102-g002.webp
Here is another, with 9 of them burrowed into a follicle next to a hair:

Anyway, they love the oil in our skin and scalp. Most of us acquire them from our early years. Our bodies generally keep their numbers to a manageable amount until we become ill or suffer from an extended stress situation or are taking damaging medications that depress our immune system. Then, those buggers take advantage and increase their numbers exponentially.
I wanted to be able to look at them up close and was unfortunately able to find them on nearly everyone that allowed me to pluck a scalp hair, eyelash or eyebrow hair. Upon placing the creatures on my glass slide, I tried various remedies on them to see what would affect them. I found a winner!
You need this:
I mix them up (equal parts) in a small clean dispenser bottle with a dropper top or with a pointy squirt lid like you use for catsup or mustard or for hair dye. (They are a buck at the Dollar Tree).
This mixture should be applied to the entire face, including the moustache, inside the nostrils, eyebrows, eyelashes and all of the skin, plus, apply to your scalp, neck and ears (inside and outside). Apply and massage around. You want to dislodge them from their burrows. Wait at least 15 minutes and then shower and shampoo. Wash all of your hair combs, brushes, etc., in hot soapy water at the same time so that you are using uncontaminated tools. And, do the same with your pillow cases - wash or change them 2x per week and use a clean towel to dry off with.
REMEMBER - THIS IS WAR!
Apply this mixture at least 2x every week for at least a month. You should see some noticeable results on your Rosacea.
If you are smart, you will continue with this routine for 6 months (or forever) and you will see increased eyebrow, eyelash and scalp hair growth. Once those nasties have been extracted from your hair follicles, your hair, including lashes and brows, will have more health, thickness and luster. And your face should clear up and have no more redness.
Remember, every time you lay back in a recliner someone else sat in, or leaned back in a seat on the airplane or the dentist's office or in a movie theater... new ones are climbing aboard!
Let me know if you try this. I gave these instruction to my adult-aged neice who was suffering from severe hair thinning. She got all of her hair thickness back!
Im doing one with iodine
I have a similar situation. Mole that I’ve had forever started scalloping and getting larger. No diagnosis. 6 years ago dermatologist said it was fine.
I made a paste with liquid injectable Ivermectin, Fenbendazole, Flubendazole, baking soda, bioavailable curcumin, iodine and DMSO. Not always all at once, bit some combination, thereof.
It swelled, started to split. After two weeks I took a break and it shrank back down to its original appearance. I am going to give it another round and see what happens.
Can you come back to here when you've done your second round and report to us whether it made the difference?
I used 1% ivermectin cream twice per day on a breast cancer involving my left breast at the sternum with attachment to the skin and pectoral muscle. The area is only slightly pink now which the oncologist feels is scarring. Of course per my prior report, I take various supplements, made a drastic diet change, walk 2 miles per day, take ivermectin and mebendazole along with a hormone blocker, Letrozole. My son used apple cider vinegar on a mole and it fell off in 1 week leaving only a slightly visible mark.
I had a boil behind my ear and an inflamed sweat gland in my armpit that both disappeared without rupturing just by using the white horse paste.
I've had a large mole on my back for most of my life that my primary doc never seemed concerned about. any suggestions for treatment? treating moles like discussed in this thread is new to me
