100,000 counterfeit certificates seized from universities selling fake degrees for as little as $1,400 each. One school alone allegedly pumped out over 36,000 bogus credentials.
These were pitched as "high-skilled" workers. Instead, 83% landed junior or entry-level positions during Biden's open era.
The H-1B scam just got blown wide open.
Texas AG @KenPaxtonTX is now taking direct action to crush this fraud in Texas
Patriots, this is the accountability we've demanded. SHUT DOWN THE H-1B SCAM for good and put American workers first. No more rigged programs displacing our people.
H1B need to be repealed all together. We have plenty of talented young Americans that need jobs and can't get them because the corporate cunts would rather play Judas by selling out their own country men in exchange for cheap low quality foreign labor to save a couple of shekels.
If we do have a shortage of talent, let the companies sponsor their own employees by paying for their education.
It's a common practice in the trucking industry and do know some blue collar folks who became HVAC certified by having their employer pay for their schooling.
Pretty much all the trades have apprenticeship programs where you can work and go to school. I never understood why this was only the trades, I mean besides things like H1-B...
Repealing H-1B is only part of the fix. These abusers have already infiltrated deeply into many of our tech companies, and effectively run them now. Unless that is fixed, we have not only lost control of these companies, but also the security of the data these companies control or have access to.
A new development full of insanely over priced houses went up near a family member’s residence in the last two years. 95% of that development consists of individuals of Indian and South Asian descent.
The worst parts of me wondered, as soon as I saw they brought every extended family member with them, who was paying for their new abode and tech job. I want people to achieve the American Dream, but when your American born friends can’t find jobs, when you can’t afford your own bills, when everything you’ve worked and dreamed of achieving is getting handed to immigrants that, in some instances, are paid to come here and take these positions, I have to admit I hope these people get sent home sooner rather than later.
There is a type of B2 visa for "household members" of other nonimmigrants (e.g. you on H1b) that do not qualify for a derivative visa type. These "household members" can include co-habitating partners, elderly parents, etc. It is described in 9 FAM 402.2-4(B)(5) of the Foreign Affairs Manual. Such people can be admitted for an initial duration of stay of 1 year, and can apply for extension of status in 6-month increments indefinitely during the main nonimmigrant's stay in the U.S. This memo also describes the procedures of changing status and extending status for these people.
I conducted some parallel research and came to this exact same conclusion. I could never figure out how my Indian H1-b neighbors have 3 generations living indefinitely in the US. Thank you for the information.
H-1B should come with an additional tax to companies that utilize them. The whole idea, is companies are looking for a skillset, and cannot find it in the US. So they use this system to recruit the skills overseas. But companies abuse the system to just get cheaper labor. That tax should be added, so that it is always cheaper to hire American. Period. What even is the point of government if not to help the people?

How many are inside tech companies stealing private data?
A lot. They definitely rigged the game against getting certified in Oracle. Probably SAP too. SAP is a huge gate for Muslim entry.
Funny how SAP never gets the attention it needs.
They have access to all the biggest companies’ most critical data through that and nobody talks about it…

Huge problem with college system.
Yeah I have this purely theoretical skill set now, but no idea what to do with it.
OMG I hope we are building more prisons to lock up all these fraudsters. Heads need to be behind prison bars including school and govt officials.
Agreed

Yep. And the intellectual property is compromised as well.
Stop Federal funding for Universities. Let them stand or fall on their own merit.
Wrap them all up in their head gear and send them back!

How do all of the extended family end up over here? Is there a program for it?
Apparently it’s a form of B2 Visa
