I see nothing wrong with what she said. Welker said no evidence had been presented in a court of law, and that part is true. Courts have refused to hear it.

Evidence was/is suppressed and has been prevented from being submitted. {Because the entire mechanism is in on the steal}
If you can't submit the evidence, you can't "charge" anyone.
