Hopefully we can repeal the Civil Rights Act and allow freedom of association again, school choice or even better abolish the public school system all together, let the market decide and allow the construction of intentional communities that are self governing.
There is no reason the general law abiding public should have to deal with this lawless group and prop them up with their tax dollars.

I don't think we'd need to go that far. Actual punishment and a court system that is decisive and purely based on law would likely break them into compliance. It would handle the rest of criminal activity from non blacks too. We just need to raise the stakes and make justice conclusive, not hey here's a plea deal you'll be out in a year.
One thing I've learned a lot about them living around so many and even having gone to high school literally surrounded by them is they have an incredibly high survival instinct. The current system coddle them so much that the risk reward often is in their favor.

And about to be surrounded by the big boys in a Texas prison...where Aryan Brotherhood and Mexican Mafia will gladly unite as they sometimes do and make his life a living hell for killing someone light skinned.
The civil rights act should be appealed either way. I would support this if even every single US citizen was White or Asian. People should have the right on private property to admit whoever they want based on whatever.

So I think if you did remove civil rights a lot wouldn't change. Some schools might redistrict and you'd have a few night clubs that's be more exclusionary but I ultimately think society would continue to operate as usual...not anything like white only water fountains or seating sections in buses
