I agree with you. That would infuriate all the racists who wanted Carmelos parents to drive new cars into their new mansion driveways and take fun cruises. Speaking of which, isnt there some kind of legal wording that forbid using it for anything other than for what the fund is made for? Like, ppl could ask for their donations back and the family would have to bring reciepts.

As for the case, there is a point of contention that the jury was all white. But the defense had a chance to put blacks on the jury during jury selection, but that didn't happen.
Im wondering when the lawyer reviewed the case and talked to the family, he sawthis was a loose loose case and just said fuckit.
Yup, the lawyer saw a lost cause and ok'd an all white jury, just so we can get the reaction we are getting now. Possibly even an appeal based on an "all white jury" being racist.

The higher-ups at this "charity" fund raising company will probably walk away with thise proceeds and if questioned they will say, oops, the secretary did something she shouldn't have.
Unless fraud has happened, no company should interfere in people's business. And if fraud happened, the company should publicly turn it over to law enforcement.

That doesn't make sense. "Finally getting fed up" implies some form of outrage. We have multiple things happening that no one seems to Care about, like META pushing ID-to-be-online laws so that they can harvest even more information about you.
And, no. There are many things even private companies can not and should not do. Visa controlling what you are allowed to purchase comes to mind.
