When a country like China has thousands of birth citizens, they can extort any politician in the country. Because they can move thousands into a district from China, register to vote and vote. And because of their numbers, they can control many elections and next election move to another district. All funded by China.
The United States of America cannot live with the shackles of Birthright Citizenship. It is not economically, or otherwise, sustainable, and no other Country in the World, of consequence, does it! President DJT
Serious question - what other option is there? I assume this means, a non-national giving birth in the US? Naturalized citizen's kids will still have birthright citizenship, correct?
I think this is about the people that come here SPECIFICALLY to have babies so they can be citizens. There's a whole trade of Chinese that send women here to have babies, then go back to China to train them to be communist, then send them back to go to college (surprise surprise) and are US citizens. I remember reading about one Chinese guy (not a man... men wouldn't do this crazy crap) that had like 629 kids that he sent to the US to be born, then brought them to China to educate them. He said he hopes one of his kids will become President of the US one day. So these illegals, babymooners who go into labor, birth industry, all that crap is what he's talking about. I don't think he means at all Naturalized Citizens.
when a group comes into a country and just starts using job hiring processes, affecting community cultures, under Common Law history a nation can make remedy
a classmate once expressed amused disagreement when another referenced 1689 English Declaration of Rights in a debate over the 2nd Amendment
I like historical events too, the ancient Egyptians kicked out the Hyksos asiatic settlers /rulers over certain portions in Egypt
Pres. Trump can even find that if naturalized citizens going back to 1986 immigration reform continued with any illegal activities, that could be grounds for Denaturalization — cartel activities….
i’m not sure that that would be many of the naturalized citizens and many Hispanic support MAGA and President Trump so for them, my thoughts are not worded against them and I appreciate your support and I think we would agree that in the future there will be a Mexico free from the control of cartels - an ongoing “Plan to Save the World”
Emer de Vattel. Book: The Law of Nations (originally published in 1758) Volume/Book: Book I chapter: Chapter XIXSection: § 212 (titled "Of the citizens and natives")
standard English translations of Section 212, Vattel wrote: "The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens.”
I'm not sure about SA, but in the US there was a historical need as the country grew and expanded west. Not sure about Canada or Mexico, though I'd guess Canada's need was similar.

This can’t stand.

It should have never happened, Demoncrats really wanted to destroy our country.
I just hope our doofus SCOTUS will follow the law and not cobble up some John Roberts solution which will solve NOTHING.

denaturalization can occur too

Time for Fetterman to remove the shackles and vote for the Save America Act.
Exactly! Time for him to switch party affiliation...
I like this philosopher of law’s statement:

Brilliant! Thank you Malachi! 👏
thanks, Montesquieu, John Locke and Hugo Grotius were not so favorable in their writings, hope the Supreme Court goes with Vattel!
Yes!
Why do almost all the countries in North America and South America have birthright citizenship, but many fewer countries on other continents?
