It boils down as to how you were raised. Japanese youths are very respectful because their parents will bust them in the head if they dont walk the straight and narrow. America conservatives are like that, so it must fall onto the liberals for not wanting to reign in their youth. Guess they have too much on their plate to do parental chores, like busting a wayward child's butt for not behaving. We need better parents and A LOT BETTER EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS AROUND AMERICA.

Japan has a reserved culture, we have an animalistic culture these days. Consider the various people brought in from various countries. What is their origin? I am not codoning, nor making excuses. To the contrary. Most of the people from these countries feel entitled, are thugs, have no care/concern for human life, have no dignity nor self respect. So what do you expect when you bring in a ton of brainless people.
