Federal authorities arrested him on or around June 14–15, 2026 (reports vary slightly on the exact timing, with some noting a Sunday raid), in connection with the alleged plot targeting the UFC Freedom 250 event at the White House on June 14. He was taken into custody during an FBI raid on a property (an old church he owns) in Western, Nebraska (Saline County, near Omaha), where he resides
