I won't say TLDR, because it's a good read. His take on the IRA, which I hadn't heard before, makes sense.
But his article justifies the wisdom of the Q movement and why the military is the only way, without ever mentioning Q.
He's basically describing the unique conditions of Northern Ireland that allowed Ulster loyalist paramilitaries to reactivate. He doesn't get into real detail to defend his article's title, except to generally describe how authorities are too effective at their mass psychological oppression and usurpation of policing.
I suppose the equivalent in the US would involve something like Hell's Angels or militia groups with real opsec (I don't know any myself outside of corrupted street gangs) using street muscle to combat corrupt politicians. I'm glad it hasn't come to that.
He's patronizing about the US and its gun culture, which is gratuitous, typical European arrogance, and based on partial truths that deserve attention despite its cynical doomerism. 'Merica.
I had the privilege of meeting Ian Paisley and having dinner with him and his family while attending Bible conference in Cape May, NJ during the troubles in 1969 -1970. His home in Belfast had sand bags all around it fending off Communist IRA terrorists led at the time by Bernadette Devlin among others.
The original IRA are not the answer. The NEW IRA are the answer.
He sounds European, but America has a lot of that type of imported Euro-cynicism.
Some of the substack comments emphasize the value of having guns even when they're not used, despite the author's assertion. I believe you're correct on America holding back the tide. I'm glad we're behind the charge to reverse it.
In the long term, it's been the reason for America since its birth.

This. He really has no deep understanding of the USA and the things that run deep.
I actually think he is American. The IRA were not only based in Northern Ireland. Much of the command structure and logistics happened in the South.
I agree that gun violence is not a solution, yet. But making the point that this is a global phenomenon in Christian Countries is correct.
The only thing that is stopping a global holodormor is America having guns, in my opinion anyway.

Agreed. They were heavily left leaning in the North, not so much in the South.
They morphed into a marxist political movement “Sinn Fein”, they are showing their true globalist marxist colours now for all to see.
The author of that stack is based Canadian.
