I haven’t trusted mark levin since he started pushing for a constitutional convention. He uses people’s emotions and frustration to suggest this is needed for term limits. Knowing full well it would open Pandora’s box on our entire constitution. He conveniently neglects to tell people how delegates are chosen, preferring to imply that conservatives would run the show.
He was proposing a convention of states. An amendment can be proposed with a 2/3 vote of the congress, then has to be ratified with 3/4 of the states. The convention of states is the same for an amendment; 2/3 of the states, then 3/4 to ratify. It was intended to be a check against a rogue apeshit congress.....like we have now. Congress failed an attempt to add a balanced budget amendment by one vote. I believe that was the last attempt to add an amendment.
That just means you disagree with his suggested approach, not that he is untrustworthy. Plenty of people support that approach (I don't), but that does not make them unpatriotic or disloyal. Maybe not sufficiently cynical.

One time I needed to strip the paint from a barn...I just played it an amplified recording of Tarlov speaking, and the job was done in five minutes. Levin may have been able to get it done in four.
