The Communist Control Act of 1954 is a United States federal law signed by President Dwight Eisenhower on August 24, 1954, which formally outlawed the Communist Party USA and criminalized membership in or support for the party and other "Communist-action" organizations. Enacted during the Second Red Scare, the legislation declared the party an instrumentality of a hostile foreign power and stripped it of the rights, privileges, and immunities of a legal body, while also imposing penalties of up to a $10,000 fine or five years imprisonment for non-compliance with registration requirements.
Although the Act remains part of the U.S. Code and has never been repealed or ruled unconstitutional by the Supreme Court, it has rarely been enforced in practice. Most of its provisions have been effectively nullified by subsequent legal developments and political shifts, leaving it largely as a symbolic relic of Cold War anti-communist hysteria rather than an active tool for prosecution.

EDIT: In any case, any law that violates the Constitution is Null and Void, and violating the RIGHTs of Americans (by stealing from them, for instance, or otherwise restricting or removing their Constitutionally-protected rights) is a CRIME. -- and WHAT ELSE DOES COMMUNISM DO, EXCEPT VIOLATE INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS using the lie that it's FOR THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE for cover?
But if a law can't be drafted and FOLLOWED that specifies that any political party or other movement which encourages violating the Constitutional rights of Americans is ILLEGAL and its members and supporters are subject to fines and/or prison and/or deportation, then the Constitution doesn't mean very much.
To me, such a law isn't any different than a law against theft (which is the core of Communism), rape, or any other genuine crime.
Right? It's amazing that they're even allowed to run. They import foreigners with foreign ideals, implement their voting base, brainwash everyone else and call it democracy when in fact it's an invasion and a hostile take over.
Military is the only way, or our children won't have America to inherit.
Here's a "plan." Round all of them and their support staff and contributors up, put them into train freight cars, and transport them to some inhospitable spot where they can hunt and forage for their survival.
And show it all on TV for the normies to learn from.
