There’s a nice little cartoon series called The Story Keepers that’s about the early church under Rome, pre-Constantine, during open persecution and with support of the highest authorities (and the body, at the time, was largely consisted of Jewish followers and Roman slaves). The Chosen probably also covers this era, but I haven’t seen it yet.
“Church” is translated from Ecclesia, and should not be perceived as a building. Yes, by them attacking the buildings, there are clear indications that they want to attack the people, but Ecclesia more specifically means “congregation”, or a gathering of brethren.
Point being, we likely need to start moving away from the 501C3, tax exempt, formally incorporated church associations, back to local house groups and informal regular gatherings. They can’t hit what they can’t see.
There is a lot of information in the NT, but also in the OT on what all is entailed in that, and what all sorts of practical actions we can be pursuing.
What value is a central church building if it doesn’t house its members who are on hard times, or have even so much as a small garden? So we can all dump our money into maintaining a bunch of buildings instead of God’s Children? Does anyone live in that building? It’s just additional costs? Our adversaries often don’t have such burdens, and also often support their own better than we do…
I understand the sentiment. Should we have to prep, either, though? Should we have to be fighting the government to honestly do their ostensible jobs? There’s lots of things that shouldn’t have to be done, but it’s a war, and fairness isn’t a consideration in war.
We may not have picked this war, but we need to win it.
I saw a historic church building in one state capital a few years ago that was flying a giant banner, “protect our trans kids”. You know they won’t be burning that “church” down anytime soon, because they currently control it.
When they are talking about it, it is serious, they are satanic on the top of the pyramid and they love Satan, so they will please him and to please him they need to get rid of people who loves God and his son Jesus means the majority of the people in the world including unborn

They are burning historic buildings of Western Civilization. Should WE now have to retreat to the Catacombs? of hidden and private worship?? NO.
