Nope. It is that bad universally. I had a spouse of 30 years who was a good and talented grade school teacher (mostly 1st grade). A terrible uphill battle, not helped by lackadaisical parents who didn't much care. She was one of the very few that was qualified to deal with cases of dyslexia, which is a serious hindrance to readership.
I had a chance to see her colleagues' classrooms. Their walls were plastered with all kinds of "creative" art and engaging posters. One wall was windows and another wall was blackboards. There was far too much visual distraction. (I recall my primary school classrooms being maybe a wall or two of windows and the rest mostly blackboards with some cork notice boards. Very little distractive material. The focus was always on the teacher.) What I saw then was decades ago. I can only suppose it has gotten worse---and an order of magnitude worse now that cell phones and computers have entered the picture. Distraction galore, and a complete lack of teaching mental skills and discipline.
I think they mean English. So they are informed voters.
If they are "informed voters", the DNC & DSA are surely doomed.
Of course that all depends on where they learned/got their information from which unfortunately would rule out most indoctrination stations from college all the way down to grade school...
I think those of our forefathers who wanted to limit who could vote were onto something.
But they were very strong on widespread, serious education.
Those young libs can't walk in and vote. But their names do.
THIS!
I’d say a good barometer is if they game, gaming takes a lot of reading. Try starting a pokemon game, it’s like a novel, so much to read
The color of the photographic subjects rarely mirrors the subject of the headline

And multiple times, too!!!
How can you vote when you can't read the names on the ballot?
The see the big D for dumbass.
Before you vote maybe you should be able to recite the preamble to the Constitution? That would ferret out a lot of foreigners.
It would ferry out a lot of libtards as well.
When algae get the right to vote, that will increase the average intelligence level of voters.
F'n pathetic
