And if it IS more-or-less accurate, it means the B-21 was completely invisible to the massive Chinese air-defense network, which was working properly yet detected NOTHING as the B-21 flew overhead.
The left-side video imagery that accompanies the man's talk is even less relevant to the topic than usual, but what he has to say is riviting.

EDIT: What makes this interesting to me is the assertion that the B-21 is actively manipulating the signals rec'd by Chinese gear, instead of just trying to have a smaller radar signature and otherwise passively make itself more invisible. That's exactly what I'd expect of this new craft. It also aggregates data from many sources and of many types to ascertain what capabilities the Chinese setup has at what locations.
Again: Real info gathered somehow from actual sources, or total fantasy?

From my experience of 40 years in defense industry advanced projects, this claim is totally incredible. Security leaks of such magnitude are not done, ever. What the B-21 can do is not for advertisement, not for those without a need to know. The point is: we do NOT know, and utterly bogus claims cannot be given credibility.

Could the B-21 do it? Sure. Did it do it? I doubt it. Would we let it slip to make the Chinese think we did and freak them out? Sure. What people don’t know is that Iran had all of the best equipment that China could provide and we went through it like a hot knife through butter.
