You wouldn't believe how many illegal immigrants, and who knows what diseases they carry... have sat in your airplane seat on prior flights. The airlines don't clean the seat upholstery, and they don't wipe down the seat surfaces with disinfectant.
The air that is circulating in the airplane cabin is the same air exhaled by the most recent illegal immigrants (and the other 100+ people that flew on the same airplane 2-hours earlier). It's gross.
During the last 4-years of the Biden era, thousands of illegal immigrants from every nation on earth were swarming over the Mexican border... and then immediately placed on airplanes and flown to other U.S. cities by our own government. American citizens were sitting right next to them in the airplane seats... and subjected to any number of diseases and crud that the illegals brought with them. The next passengers had their head resting on the same upholstery seat back that the illegal immigrant from a 3rd world nation had their head on 2-hours earlier... and likely a few other illegal immigrants sat in that same seat earlier that same week. They DON'T clean those seats, people. You are sitting in filth. The airlines know it. The government knew it. They don't care if you get sick.
I don't ride city buses or ride in 'sleeper compartments' on a passenger train for the same reason. You have no idea who was there before you... or what disease they had. I KNOW who was in my own car, so at least that I can control.
If ICE is placing illegal immigrants on an airplane... other Americans are sitting on that same airplane near them. Some poor schmuck will be sitting in that same seat the immigrant was in 2-hours after the plane lands.
I'm not a germ-o-Phobe... but the 3rd world has some really funky diseases that I'd rather not inhale, or get onto my skin or absorbed into my clothes that I wear home to my own family. I don't want to bring their filth into my house or around my kids.
When the airlines stop transporting illegal immigrants, perhaps I will consider them safer to fly. For right now... an airplane is a breeding ground for diseases.
