A traditional use of Kiev was for a breaded chicken breast, stuffed with garlic butter. Quite delicious really.

I know nothing but my speculation is that he framed his trip around the timeline the media announced but reality was it was days earlier than the photos broadcast.
Its dangerous to have media coverage and locations/travel timelines known so he could have easily been there earlier than what was stated in the media for protection and easily been home when he died. Just my 2 cents.
So one cannot refute plane and train schedules. Even the tightest-most one, for the purpose .
So, who was in his house to be removed and transported by ambulance? I don't think even Christopher Nolan can contrive a plot that works.
It does depend on how Lindsay Graham traveled. There is a possibility that he flew in his own aircraft directly to Kiev and then back home again. If that is true, then he could have made it home before his death.
He was also known to sometimes hitch rides on cargo planes and other non-conventional aircraft or vehicles to get where he needed to go.
So conventional schedules for normal civilian passenger trains and aircraft aren’t a guarantee on timetables unless you can 100% guarantee he took them. And not just speculate that he took them.
A good way to check is to acquire the passenger list for the trains he took to and from Kiev.

I don't remember anyone from Congress flying on taxpayer aircraft ever getting on a train in a country that is at war. Too dangerous. I would best guess he flew straight in and straight out like so many before him!
