Hundreds of people every day get judged and sentenced to prison based on their "worst day" actions, which can include rape, robbery, murder, etc... . So yes, you CAN be judged by your worst day.
Remember when SC Justice Kavanaugh was going through his confirmation hearings... and a nitwit with zero evidence claims that he molested her 40-years ago with no proof, no date, no location, no witnesses and only a very vague memory of an event that never even happened? Well... Kavanaugh was judged based in his "worst day" that never happened. Democrats seemed fine with that idea at the time.
