The Alien Terrorist Removal Court was established by Congress in 1996 but sat unused for 29 years until receiving its first filing days ago. The court permits rapid deportation of illegals deemed terrorists -- such as Tren de Aragua gang members -- along with their family members, with classified proceedings that bar asylum claims. The first-ever case is currently under seal.
And yet I'd bet my left nut (if I had one ... ) that there has been funding funneled to this court all these years. Where'd the money go?? Boasberg's pockets?
