TBH she needs to be fired.
I worked as an intensive needs Para and what she is doing at the teacher pay grade is not okay. How we are trained to restrain (which is last resort and if the child is in physical danger or going to harm another child) The correct position would of been have the child hands down by his hips. (or at least this is how we were trained in the school system)
She needs to be fired ASAP no pay.

I agree with the BadLands crew, seems a little fishy and how a fair amount of what they talked about are already well known.
I would take this more of a smoke screen.
