Im not a doctor. They say it works on humans. Check with a doctor you trust before trying anything.
When i asked my vet about it, before i got the word fenbendazole out my mouth,he said he has heard of it being used in humans for cancer but hasnt heard about it actually working.said it wouldnt hurt to try. Said the dosages werent gonna hurt my dog.
Im doing most of whats listed here: https://www.prairiedoghall.com/curing-my-dogs-cancer/
Around 11-12. But shes still young at heart. She has no problem hopping on and off the couch or in/out of the car.before this, shed do zoomies no problem. If it werent for this,id say she has atleast another year or 2 before she hits the old cant move dog stage.
Im doing just the fenben and vitamins.
The first day,it seemed to do something. Got rid of the rancid smelling like rotting meat from her breath. It was horrible to the point i considered having her put down over it. You couldnt really be in the house with her without wanting to puke. It seemed to shrink the lump a little as well.
Honestly i cant say if its working or not. Its only been 2 weeks but she doesnt seem to be getting any better. Seems shes just getting worse now that all she does is sleep. Shes not eating or drinking much. I know when we are sick we dont wanna eat or drink and want to sleep. I wanna think its doing something but i dont think so. See what the vet says when hes back from florida.
Shes not gonna make it another 6 months. Id be surprised if she goes another 2 weeks.
Maybe if i started this way back when it was first suggested,id probably had a better chance. Atleast i tried it. I know its not gonna do anything bad,i wont be so hesitant next time.
They show up with the notifications of somebody commenting on your post or comments. Got no choice but to read them. I know theyre full of shit. If it was gonna poison my dog,i doubt my vet wouldve gave it to me and said it wont hurt to try.
I didnt have any tests done. My vet been in practice 40+ years. I believe he knows what he sees.
But this started with her grinding and chattering her teeth. I figured it was a string or something from her toy stuck between 2 teeth or broke a tooth. I brought her in,had 2 teeth pulled. 1 was broken the other was just floating in the socket. The smell went away for a couple days and came back.then the lump started growing and top of her head sunk in. Ended up having a 3rd tooth pulled. Smell went away for a week or so and came back. She was on 2 different antibiotics for 2 months straight, they didnt do anything. Shes also got 3 or 4 lumps in her neck, swollen lymphnodes.
I love reading the daily reeeeeeeeeeeees on reddit. I go through and downvote every comment.
How they havent figured out that thier subs are 90% bots or multiple account people is beyond me. 30 comments saying the same exact thing should be thier clue.
I wish the lump was somewhere else. Itbwould still be a problem but less of a problem. Its right on her snoot under her eye. So its affecting her eye, breathing and her mouth. Most likely the reason she cant open her mouth too far. We make her food so she can just slurp and swallow it without having to do too much chewing.
I did it during the 15 days to flatten the curve. I took the race car out with no plates or insurance.tore up the streets while the cops sat and watched me.🤣 for tge first time in my life the cops were more afraid of me than i am of them. It was a blast!
