My friend in Long Island in a good school area got an Indian neighbor moved in across the street and next thing you know there are 10+ cars parked outside and like 5 Indian families living in one house. Young people are into van life these days or apartments..things like mowing the lawn or fixing and plumbing is just too much work imo.
