Your post details how I've felt for many months, I was toying with the idea that it was being caused somehow by being connected to 5g on my cell phone, idk how, but it just feels weird and unnatural and unhealthy. I have recently began the keto diet and hopefully I'll be able to shake this and also drop some meds. The VA has had me on a mental roller-coaster of different concoctions over the last 20 years, and I have tried getting off of it all but the alternatives are worse than the poison. Good luck.
