I appreciate your anecdote, and I'm not being negative here, yet I don't really see anything in this post besides a feeling that makes it significant to anyone.
Have you ever watched a scary movie, then started jumping at random sounds at home? Nothing was going on, but you were in the mindset that something could be off, and your mind started playing tricks on you.
Can you describe more specifically what you observed was "off"? Could the dirty limos be due to travel time, and comm unit be a different model? Just curious, a lot of this is pretty vague. Sometimes we need to be detached from our feelings on this stuff and collect and report data in as meaningful and indifferent way possible. I say this as someone who has misread situations poorly and got really off track because I used my imagination to create an incorrect narrative for my life.

I don't believe in aliens. I do however think it is more probable that we have secret ufo technology that is covered up and misdirected than that we have secret aliens living on the planet.
-We're definitely being visited by another intelligence and have been for quite some time. Whether they're beings from another planet or something extra-dimensional, or us from the future etc etc, I don't know.
-Anyone who says anything definitive about the subject (eg. "we KNOW X,Y,Z") is someone to be avoided.

Also the sentencing for these actions is so minor compared to something like robbing a bank where nobody got hurt. Sexual crimes impact people for their entire lives, and victims have a higher than average chance of hurting others with similar crimes.
