On the surface, no. As the owner of what is arguably the world’s largest social media platform, maybe.. To his credit, he did buy Twitter and re-instate a ton of patriot accounts which had previously been suspended under Jack Dorsey’s reign. (I myself was suspended for posting that traitors should be hanged in the public square.) He has also has been a supporter of DJT and free speech.
However, I remain suspicious and skeptical about his Starlink,Neural Link and Tesla technologies and their potential effects on humanity. They seem Trans-Humanistic to me. I cannot fathom how a private company can be granted exploration of outer space and access to satellites any more than I can comprehend how Bill Gates can have such influence on vaccine mandates. Or buy up millions of acres of farmland. Or how Mark Zuckerberg can censor political speech or simply opposing viewpoints.
I also find Musk’s renaming of Twitter as X a curious choice as the symbology of X can be interpreted as evil.
All in all, it seems to me We The People are no longer governed by our elected representatives, but rather, by the corporations aka Technocracies and their lobbyists who select them.
I sincerely don’t think Trump would be the catalyst for AI facial recognition, citizen surveillance, social media data bases, or anything of the like. Just like I don’t believe he is responsible for the death jab. But neither do I believe he alone is going to save us from ourselves. These things were set in motion a long time ago. And we have no one but ourselves to blame.
The name of the financial backers don’t matter so much as the Big Picture dating back to at least Iran-Contra. Also explains our (over) reliance on Israel. Still waiting to see how Israel plays in for last for very specific reasons, btw. But yes, surely we all must expand our thinking and our research beyond limited/unlimited hangouts. Thank you for the reminder.
Upvoat. Feel like I’ve read about this before. Maybe Voat?
