There is a recent documentary released on Netflix about Three Mile Island. I thought it was interesting because it has heavy undertones about private companies and government regulatory organizations working together to hurt the public. The message was also anti-nuclear, but I was surprised Netflix would air something so heavily anti-trust. And then, a few weeks later, something near identical breaks in the medical community, where the private company is hiding behind the government watchdogs... hmm..
edit also, how many years do I have to be a member before my handshake drops? I joined .win shortly after it was created, I just don't post a lot.
The symposium reached a larger audience and gathered more attention than GAW ever could have. While this isn't news to us, it is news to a lot of people.
It might be what was needed to lend a bit more credibility to other efforts, such as the AZ decertification. Considering they spent a lot of time talking about how this was a national effort, one state decertifying should have a bigger ripple effect.
Should be easy to spin this against Biden. Trump developed the vaccine and had us on track to reopen, and Biden managed to fumble that and lock us down in just 8 months.
Worth trying at least, no one likes him so I'm sure it will stick.
A true libertarian respects all viewpoints and gives them the opportunity to speak. The DS just takes advantage of that.
Many libertarian beliefs aren't compatible with Trump supporters. For example most libertarians are pro choice. Even if they morally disagree, they feel it isn't the right of the government to enforce that.
Rand has been a pretty consistent libertarian throughout his career. He isn't DS, but he isn't a Qanon either.
Yeah, he's a tech billionaire, not a wallstreet billionaire.
Tech likes to dress comfy, wallstreet like to dress stylish. There are exemptions, but I wouldn't be surprised one bit if his normal "work clothes" is Jean and a T or Polo.
