Voted this morning in Virginia. Public wifi available. When I asked why, I was told not to worry, none of the laptops with our names and information were connected, just the tally machine so they could send in results. Ugh!

I have been trying to get tickets to see Trump tomorrow in Virginia. The website says they sent a text message to my cell phone with a verification code. I have never received any messages from them. Below where you type in the code and confirm it, there is a note saying the message could take up to 5 minutes to arrive and has a count down time to "Resend verification code." I have been hitting that button every hour since 10:00 pm last night. Is this normal? Should I keep trying or does this mean they are out of tickets and I should give up?

My asleep husband got the J&J. He is just beginning to get the hand tremors. He hasn't been diagnosed yet, but I suspect it to be early stage Parkinson's. I hope I'm wrong.
I still have aol dial up service and email. Very rural area. I use a cell phone when I'm in town and have service. Just broke down and ordered starlink. Make me wonder if I can keep my email address now.
My brother in law just had shoulder surgery. It kept swelling up and was very painful. When he came home and told my husband and I about it, he said they took out a mass of "goo" and his "doctor was completely baffled by it because he had never seen anything like it before." I asked him was it a kind of white fibrous material. He said "yes, how did you know?" I just told him I was sorry he was going through that and changed the subject. No need in telling him the truth at this point. He is 4 times jabbed and gets all his flu, pneumonia, rsv, and anything else his doctors tell him to. He's not a liberal, just very trusting of his doctors.
He was the picture of health in 2019. Got his 1st shot and "suddenly " within 3 months had stage 4 kidney disease. Several more jabs later at his doctor's insistence, he has no immune system, he needs a triple by pass, and he has this weird shoulder thing going on. He's admitted to the hospital at least once a week now for the last four months. We doubt he has much time left.
I lost MANY friends and family due to these shots. So many others in my family are experiencing "baffling" and soon to be fatal vaccine injuries. All of them "trusted the science." I am looking forward to the day the truth is publicly disclosed, justice served, and actual medical help given.
Just caught the end of an M&Ms commercial where they had a super bowl ring that said Almost Champions with the Chiefs colors. Thank you for your reply. I have been able to DRS a few shares of GME as well. I have always gotten physical conformation from Computershare within two weeks. It is going on almost six weeks now for the DWAC with no word. Another anon was also kind enough to reply and let me know that Continental seems to be slow with their response time. At this point I think I may have to try contacting them directly just to be sure.

I DRS my few shares about a month ago. Fidelity says that transferred to Continental successfully but I still have received no information from them. Has anyone else tried to DRS their shares and if so, did you have any problems?

Sorry you went through that. Elementary school nurse here. Got to see many teachers in action. Most were as you described, but a few really tried. I agree with what Lawjic said, public schools generally aren't equipped. I got to help one truly gifted child.
They labeled him autistic with oppositional defiance tendencies because he wouldn't/ couldn't sit still, focus, or complete his work. They placed him in a special needs class with others who truly could not learn. He came to my clinic a lot. Several times a day, every day. The teacher realized very quickly that I could get him to do anything, she could get him to do almost nothing.
So for almost the entire school year, his desk was in my clinic and I was his teacher. He was in 3rd grade and bored stiff. I made him a deal, we zipped through his assignments and I taught him how to run the clinic, notes, supplies, and the computer. We talked about just about everything. We researched and spoke about as much as possible on many different subjects and he loved it and truly thrived. I tried convincing his parents to get him tutors or home schooling him to no avail.
He moved the next year, I asked the nurse at his new school how he was doing. He was back in a special needs class. It nearly broke my heart. I still think about how much smarter he was than most of the teachers and probably even me truth be told. He genius was being stiffled and there was nothing I could do about it.
