I've been awake for about a year and half ! Didn't work for about 9 months at the beginning of the pandemic and it's been a blessing, I dug into soooo many rabbit holes (thanks to this website), researching for hours and hours everyday. At first I think I might have come out a bit too intense for them, but I believe you learn how to communicate these things as time goes by and you know exactly what you can and cannot say to those still sleeping.
What's left is pretty mild right now, she says it's worse when she's tired actually, like her left eye closes by itself during the evening but other than that it's not too bad even though she still feels a bit weak on the left side of her face ..

That's seriously what I believe it is. A couple months back I told her that Bells Patsy was a side effect that many people had after the jab and she somehow thought it would never happen, but now that she has it, her eyes are open. It's sad but that's how it is, not much we can do !
Don't worry, I don't feel bad/ take responsibility about any of it. I can't force a decision on anyone, nor can they force me to get the jab. It's always been respectful between me and my siblings and they never asked me to get the jab, so all I could do was trying to tell them why I personally wasn't getting it. At least now they kinda understand why, that's all that matters
