Notice the green bar shrinks for not vaccinated in the death column. That means a higher rate of not vaccinated are recovering than vaccinated.

Edit: I don't think it's a legitimate offer. There's no SEC filing and the last known net worth of his is $0.2B. Even if he owned 100% of the shares of his projects, that's only $6-7B. It's probably meant to delay the possible acceptance of Elon. I think he's on the wrong side of this.
