Our local store has 4 - 6 pks for $10 which I usually buy lots of because my husband works outside. Instead, I went to Dollar General and got 3- Pepsi 6 pks for $9. Coke is gonna lose a lot of money from us this summer !!

I got mine a couple weeks ago but I’m sad to say they aren’t as amazing as I thought they would be. My husband won’t even sleep on his. It’s like a bunch of little pieces of material inside. You throw it in the dryer to make it fluff up but it’s just not comfortable.

I used to do the payroll taxes for our business. The company only matches SS and Medicare, your exemptions have no bearing on that. The exemptions cover your federal income tax withheld, so if you have less fed tax to pay then they still have to pay that money to you, less exemptions, they send it to the government. Either way they have to pay it out.
These idiots can’t even predict the high ten for the current day. Last Friday was suppose to be 38, it only got up to 26. Right up through Sunday night they were saying we’d get neatly a foot of snow, got ONE inch. They are seldom right on anything.
I’m in Tennessee, 100 miles west of Nashville, it’s 10 degrees here. Barely an inch of snow after weather channel predicted nearly a foot. I’m very disappointed about the snow.

My 74 yr. old mom just got her insulin last week. It is already back to being double the price it was the time before.

I have a feeling this is going to be a long sleepless night. I haven’t known about the plan for very long, but this past 11 days has been one rabbit hole after another trying to learn all I can. And surprisingly, other people I know have been doing the same, so I don’t feel so much like I’m the only one that’s “crazy” lol. Praying really hard that tomorrow happens according to plan because the alternative, a Biden presidency ? or Harris ?, will feel like the end of the world. This is not what I want for my grandchildren.
Not sure of the significance of this but...my nieces husband is in the Navy. He’s been in Memphis recruiting and got a call from higher ups yesterday to prepare for lockdown. For covid? For riots? I honestly don’t know. He gave my sister in law no other info.
