I'd love to see the administrative state dismantled at all levels. It is totally unconstitutional for the federal and state legislatures to be delegating rule making to unelected bureaucrats.

Article II of the Constitution clearly states that Congress and only Congress shall make law. It is fundamental to the separation of powers, which is the KEYSTONE of our republic.

So to get around this duty to make law, Congress passes "laws" that delegate the "rule making" to bureaucrats. But calling laws rules is just sleight of hand bullshit. If you are wondering, it is where the "we have to pass it to find out what's in it" came from. This has become standard operating procedure.

For example, Obamacare delegated the "rule making" to "The Secretary" of HHS, at the time Kathleen Sebelius. That's why Sarah Palin, like her or not, was warning about unelected officials turning into death panels. It's a real concern. It happens with every acronym agency. Congress passes a green law and then the EPA passes a rule about how much rainwater can collect on your driveway or whatever. The end result is that every minute of every day each and every one of us is in violation of some rule, somewhere. So the powers that be can literally pick any target they want. Find me the man and I'll find you the rule. Total tyranny.

Like I said, calling laws "rules" is just sleight of hand bullshit. We need to take our power back.

It's the stuff you wish you didn't know. But there it is. No un-ringing the bell.

It's just mind boggling. I just found out my one BIL is in the hospital with pneumonia so I called my SIL to see how they were doing. Turns out they both had the flu first. She actually said to me, "And we had the FLU shots! But of course it would have been much worse." They are 80 and she's a retired nurse. At this point there's no reason to even bother, the cognitive dissonance is too strong. Especially since he is generally weakened now with kidney failure that he didn't have before the clot shot. They simply cannot be deprogrammed.

My Dad used to say that so matter of factly. When I was young I thought he was being too cynical. If he was alive today he'd probably try to have me committed for my conspiracy theories LOL.

And Ivermectin is horse medicine. Works for me. Over and over and over again. But thanks for the comment I will relook at that information. Don't really trust the sources that I have seen so far.

Agree. I should have put Covid in quotes. She had a cold. For a few days. Same with her caregiver. I wish my Mom had never asked her caregiver to take that stupid test. If I had known I would have tried to stop her.

That would be so nice. I am the middle girl and my older and younger sister don't get along. It's mostly because my older sister has an axe to grind of some sort, which no one really understands. They are very different people but while the younger is okay with live and let live, the older not so much. It's been a struggle for over a decade. It makes my mom, who was an only child, feel like she did something wrong. I keep telling her people make their own choices. We'll see. This last go around I have to say left me pretty disgusted. You can shit on us, but not mom. That's how I feel right now anyway.

That's what I kept saying. It's the old fashioned covid, i.e., the common cold. The whole thing is so so stupid I can't even argue with them anymore. My nieces are all nurses and work in a hospital around everything you could imagine, including COVID. Even they though people should be able to come if they tested negative. Wouldn't have mattered for me because I will not take the test. My kids would have probably though if it meant they could see their cousins.

Wow so much of this comment resonates. I did read that the revolution was pursued by 10% of the population at the time. I don't doubt it.

It's like they are doubling down because they just can't admit they were so stupid.

My other sister, my husband, her husband and my kids (who are adults). It ended up being really fun. I almost forgot about the whole drama. I did get a little sad on the way home though.

We did! And it was really fun. She also loved being able to have real conversations with her adult grandchildren. They are taking her to lunch tomorrow. That was definitely an upside. PS - I cheated on some of the side dishes and it was still pretty good.

No need. Still stupid would have worked though too.

SO FUNNY my sister and I were talking about how much we loved the Easy Bake Oven!! and how her niece (her husband's side) lost her mind when she got one from her Aunt (my sister). They stand the test of time for sure.

Main witness against Burke former alderman Daniel Solis served as an alderman on the Chicago City Council from 1996 to 2019. His sister is Patti Solis Doyle, who was Hillary Clinton's former campaign manager. Solis was a member of Clinton's Illinois Steering Committee

They are the minor victims I believe. The list of "John Does" are not "Johns". Many of these people being disclosed are just peripheral witnesses, etc. I am not sure the reveal is going to be as big as people think it is.
