Women who cannot have children and adopt also cannot breast feed. They can simulate lactation, but that’s not enough to feed the baby. Also, a woman has to be of certain health for that to occur and not on certain meds. Lots of parents need supplemental formula who do breastfeed. Finding some kind of awesome homemade recipe with vitamins and practical ways for parents to make them would be so much more helpful than reminding us we are dependent on the system. Add a few children who need formula, a job, taking care of the house and other basic adult responsibilities and it can become ridiculous to make everything yourself. Of course parents choose formula out of convenience.
I agree. I actually have many conversations with my husband about this and culture, and while I can’t pin point when it all started going downhill, I would strongly point to the 80’s being the end of the most truly creative artists and works.
But there are differences in toxicity in the batches given out. So I have no reason to disbelieve most of these accounts. Seeing as how a lot of these people are shunned as antivaxxers or fakers with an agenda. I agree we need to look at evidence, and I think that involving facts and testimony are important. Howbadismybatch howbad.info is a good source for this.
Interesting perspectives. I didn’t look at it from the point of view that their compliance caused the pain and suffering of so many. I was looking at it like we’re all here now, and taking joy in someone else’s suffering is wrong, even if we feel they deserve it or they actually do. It’s the condition of our hearts that is the real issue. Check your hearts, frens.
