Well it's not that straightforward. Kyle has a very good case which is fucking rare, it's one of the very rare chances to hold the media accountable. If they are a good organization most of the cases they take wont be winnable, but they will be able to put pressure on media to be less scandalous. The fact that litigation is so expensive and most of these cases arent winnable is why an organization like Kyle's doesnt exist yet. Only when the public is angry enough to fund it will it exist.
Hes already doing a massive public service by putting his capital behind starting up the project. This is one of the most important things that needs to be done, media is tearing this country apart.
Remember the people who back these mockingbirds have much deeper pockets than all of us combined. No organization will bankrupt them by suing them.
The real accountability comes from people no longer watching or listening to them. As long as their viewership is high enough the mockingbirds will be bankrolled.
