Late-night comedians Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert experienced emotional meltdowns Wednesday in their first broadcasts after President-elect Donald Trump defeated Kamala Harris in the presidential election. Kimmel held back tears in what was clearly a difficult show for the comedian, who has devoted much airtime in recent years to bashing Trump and his supporters.

ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel was visibly on the verge of crying during parts of his opening monologue.

“Let’s be honest. It was a terrible night last night,” he said, his voice shaking. “It was a terrible night for women, for children, for the hundreds of thousands of hard working immigrants who make this country go, for health care, for our climate, for science, for journalism, for justice, for free speech.”

Annoying but clear control of the Senate and that is the main thing.

Chuck Shumer can EAD.

She is no danger, she is known and too extreme. Its the ones lurking in the shadows you have to look for. They are the real brains and linked to the money trail.

California still a long way off being counted and they allow ballot harvesting. I remember one of the mid terms where it went for weeks and they just kept finding votes where they needed them. And as its run by the Dems the ability to stop the cheat is a lot harder.

Wisconsin is now down to a level where recounts etc will be required and the lead in Michigan is very gettable.

They have regrouped and are going to try and win this thing or get it to a level where they can use legal tactics etc.

Wisconsin down to 40k lead with 3% to go. And if they get it close we get recounts, court challenges etc.

Its on like Donkey Kong

Yep, they need to bring one other swing state back to life and if they do what they did in Nevada, the vote pool will increase meaning there are more votes to be counted allowing the dump.

Yep and notice the slow count in California, they will mess with that to get the popular vote.

They just cut the lead in Michigan to 100K.

Gut feel is they are trying to work out how to do it. Hence the very slow vote count in Arizona, the non all in Alaska and the reduction in votes counted in Nevada. Creating room to move.

They need to try and bring one of the other swing states back from the dead so to speak.

They increased the vote pool in Nevada, was 93% counted and then dropped to 83%.

They just reduced the votes counted to 83% so a heap of new votes have been found but the physical number has not changed yet.

Lead in Michigan down to 200k also which is around the number before the big dump last time.

Thanks I am not even an American and I am paranoid after last time. AP won't call it because once they do they media is officially finished. They are the big losers, they have been totally exposed and what little cred they had left is gone.

Agree Its all very odd , they won't even call Alaska, any other strong red or blue state has been called as soon as voting closes.

Interesting, why is Arizona so slow to count votes? Are they waiting to see if they can still fix it and want that in play?
