I agree. That should’ve been everyone’s first red flag with him...he’s too polished. But these personality types often are which is why they make good actors...they have no identity of their own so they can easily become whatever it is they think people want them to be.
I agree, that speech last night, esp the vax part came off as extremely narcissistic, like he even went so far as to say he wouldn’t want to be in that room if it weren’t for the vax. I had to mute it at that point, I couldn’t even stand to listen to it.
My parents were on the fence and did because he supported it. In my opinion he is going way over the top with the vaccine talk...like saying how he wouldn’t even want to be in the room without the vax? Regardless of the chess game it sounded completely ridiculous.
No but he could’ve done what he needed to do and then kept quiet about it. He ended up convincing a lot of people to take the vax when he bragged about them in every single speech, people that were on the fence that trusted him, my parents included.
I’ve been saying something similar for months...here in Canada I don’t believe every single politician is evil, I believe that some, for example Doug Ford, are going along with deep state wishes because they and their families are being threatened. He looked extremely scared to me like a deer in the headlights. Especially in the beginning. There’s no way he went from a guy who defended trump a couple years ago to a complete communist. I don’t think so anyway. I think there’s a vast amount of other politicians in the same boat (being threatened).
He continued to push the vaccine and brag about how fast he got it out in every interview I’ve seen, even up to this day. Some people my parents included who were on the fence got it because he was recommending it and they trust him.
My only hope is that because our government is so incompetent I can’t see them being able to compete my roll out the vaccine passports. That may save us in the end because they will likely screw that up like they did with everything else.
But why is Trump continuing to push these vaccines? I can see why he may have had to do it initially to screw up their plans but I can’t see why he continues to push them to this day? To me the vaccine issue is the scariest issue we are facing right now.
I am a Canadian as well and completely understand your fears. I can see a time in the not so distant future where the vaccinated will turn on us. I hope it doesn’t come to that. I live in a smaller town (Kingston,ON) and it’s no better here. Everyone I know except my sister has been vaccinated. I have a 12 year old I am trying to protect from all this and it’s incredibly stressful. I signed her up for online school because I’m terrified they will vaccinate her without my consent. I told the school board I feel I have to choose between her health or her education. I think a lot more people need to get involved at the local levels. I don’t believe waiting around for Trump to save us is going to work. I have applied for jobs in Florida and would leave in a heartbeat if I could get a job in the U.S. and escape this tyranny. I believe all of our premiers have either been bribed or threatened. I pray everyday that this nightmare ends soon.
