Amen. Nicely stated and thank you for your service.

Whatever training and experience you went through in the past, driven by pure and honorable intentions, will serve you well when it matters. God brought us all here for a reason, this after guiding us in our various journeys, forging us into the individuals we are today.

That’s a possible scenario, yes. When you think of it, another eleven months with the Potatus appearing to be in charge would grind down the country and get many more on the left to finally awaken. I just can’t see them being able to pull off another steal regardless of who the left runs as their (p)residential candidate.

I’m not sure what they’re hoping to accomplish with this current strategy of negating potential challengers in the primaries. Are they trying to look “united”, like, if they pretend extra hard that everything is rosy and people are thriving, that people will believe them? Do they feel they can pull off a steal and can’t afford any interest being given to contenders or any campaign funding being spread too thin?

They’re pushing hard against X now because too much truth will get out to the general populace during the campaigning period (unlike during 2020 when their censorship was at its peak). From all appearances the Potatus is fading fast in his cognitive abilities and I can’t imagine what that will look like eleven months from now. Scary thought, but nonetheless a possible scenario.

… thereby avoiding those pesky debates, challenges to stated positions, criticism of past performance, etc. A cult-of-personality candidate for those who value that over substance.

While patriots revere and honor our founding principles, many on the left, particularly the marxist contingent currently infesting our government, MSM and many other institutions, care not a sou for our fundamental rights, nor for the people of this nation (from any political party) nor for laws written under the Constitution’s charter. IMO this is life-or-death for the DS, an existential battle to maintain control, and they won’t let anything - including the Constitution - get in their way.

There are already millions of displaced New Yorkers in Florida as they’ve been moving down there for decades, especially when retired. I would imagine that there are a greater percentage of working-age ones the past several years than there have been in the past (just a gut feeling, nothing I’ve seen actual data on). They tend to gravitate towards metropolitan areas like Miami, St Pete, etc and, yes, the leftists amongst them bring their innate stupidity along with them.

IMO idealism is a fine thing, noble goals to strive for, but not at the expense of basic common sense and not while ignoring reality. The left has historically gutted ideals by censorship of opposing viewpoints that highlight reality in an attempt to feel as if they’re “better people”. This almost pathological addiction to what’s commonly known as “virtue signaling” may give the leftists little tinges of self-satisfaction for their egos, but ultimately degrades society and leaves the very ideals they claim to espouse as hollowed-out, farcical imitations of their true manifestations. I’m thinking “will” (cancel the 2024 elections) because they don’t have a snowball’s chance in hell to win if they’re running the Potatus and I don’t think they’ll be able to pull off a steal either.

They could have the Potatus just decree no 2024 elections (“Look, folks, we’ve got to protect the country and that’s my job, man. Corn-pop ain’t gettin’ in my way!”). I think having the Potatus decree this would be problematic for them.

They’ll need to eliminate the Potatus one way or another so they can put in an alternate that has some appeal to their base, but at this point they’re not even pretending to care about the law.

In any case, it’s interesting watching this particular development as the average Joe leftist is getting a taste of what conservatives have been dealing with for years.

I wonder what the democrats’ reaction would be if the marxists decide to cancel the 2024 (p)residential election.

That sounds like a harsh backfire just waiting to happen.

Well, expect small business owners to pack up and flee Philly as their marxist government officials keep attempting to kneecap them. If these psychopathic marxist officials can’t destroy businesses in their blue cities by turning a blind eye to theft, effectively giving criminals carte blanche to commit grand larceny without repercussions, they’ll think of new ways to drive out businesses and leave the citizenry in these areas with fewer and fewer choices.

Are demonrats incapable of basic human reasoning or are they just fundamentally malicious and sadistic?

Just looked up the cancelled vs canceled and either one is valid. English use two ls more commonly and Americans use one l more commonly. I’m American, but used the two l spelling. (Edit: sorry, you were asking about hashtag vs non-hashtag).

As far as the post title, Musk didn’t cancel anyone officially or otherwise. Saying so implies he kicked them off as a valid advertiser from his platform. He did not. (Edit: maybe he canceled his own subscription for his little kids? I didn’t catch that in the video, just thousands of X users having done so).

This says nothing about Elon Musk cancelling Disney — officially or otherwise.

He said, at a speaking engagement, “Go F#@k Yourself!” about firms that were trying to coerce him/X (by threatening boycotts in advertising on the X platform if he didn’t acquiesce to their BS) and he called out “Bob” (Iger) specifically.

Then thousands of users cancelled their Disney-Plus accounts, about 80% of them citing the Musk incident.

Musk did not “cancel” Disney. X users cancelled their Disney-Plus accounts and many posted screenshots on X.

John 14:27 (KJV): Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

.

Might I suggest you hand whatever is troubling you over to God? I’ve taken to doing so (though probably not nearly enough) and it’s a profoundly uplifting feeling.

Heavenly Father, please lift the spirit of our fellow anon S_N_A_K_E who has reached out in faith, in need of prayer, to help them through this time. Lord, ease the troubled mind of our anon and all others going through these challenging times who need to feel Your presence more closely. Lord, let them cast out the negative whispers of the deceiver and bring them instead to focus on the joy of Your blessings and grace, to exalt in Your beautiful love and comfort, to feel the energy and excitement of Your awesome power. Lord, as the storm is brewing and our spirits are dampened, give us strength and courage to overcome all trials in good faith as You walk with us through these challenging times. We ask this of You, Lord, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen. 🙏✝️

It could have been. It wouldn’t be a natural gesture for me if I was trying to relay the sentiment Mr Musk was, but then we all express ourselves in different ways.

Many symbols can have different meanings to different people. They can also have no meaning at all. Perhaps Mr Musk wanted to flip the proverbial “bird” as he was expressing his anger at those trying to coerce him and made that gesture with his hands so that he could keep himself from doing so.

For scuba divers, that’s the sign between dive buddies that you’re not in distress. For those involved with satanism it’s the number of the beast. For woke joke SJWs it’s another opportunity to wail about victimhood and bloviate about their own contrived “virtuousness” when they see someone flashing that gesture. For the average Joe it’s likely just a sign that all is good (like when a waitress asks you if the food is good while you have a mouthful).

Agreed and there’s no way he walked into that interview/talk session not knowing he would be asked that line of questioning.

I agree with you inre the pattern, but I’m pretty sure “the plan” entails squashing as many of the vermin as possible who have been twisting as many advancements as possible against the human race for centuries. These beasts have been murdering inventors and jamming up natural progress for decades if not centuries. Look at your field of interest in natural remedies as an example - and then along came Rockefeller.

There will be evil here on earth as long as there is an earth, but if we can crush it and rip out it’s tendrils now, not just suppress it for a decade or a generation, mankind may be able to enjoy several centuries of unfettered growth and advancement before evil is able to get another foothold and start eating away at humanity like the cancer that it is.

Consider this… the devil does not create anything; it only destroys and can only lie and deceive. It’s the antithesis of Almighty God, the Creator. Where do people get their inspirations? Their great ideas for inventions? IMO, from the Creator Himself, divinely sent to open minds. And I believe the vast majority of people creating are doing so out of a desire to help humanity and/or share beauty, heal, comfort, etc versus out of a pure desire for monetary gain and greed. Perhaps I have too much faith in humanity, am too naive about human intentions, but I view my world and all the human advancements I see from the prism of God’s creative energies.

Imagine how far we could go if these destroyers are taken down and out.

Your last statement - “… it doesn't make sense to have a mind or body able to be accessed or controlled by others. …” - I can’t say I disagree. That reeks of beasts trying to “play God” and is fraught with more red flags and warning sirens than I’d like to consider.
