The EMT's that went into the school declared them dead after four resuscitation attempts.

In Carvers deposition Fetzer asked him who can declare a victim dead. Carver replied that a competent emergency medical technician could in the state of Connecticut.

Carver Deposition

"which btw was condemned in 2008 due to asbestos"

any document to prove that?

Released by the state police. The report was not released until Nov or Dec 2013. They had almost a year to doctor those alleged moldy ass school photos but didn't.

Just going by the photos is not proof the school had a mold problem, a report of some kind would need to be produced as proof. So far nothing.

You think a bunch of 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders were going to get out their cell phones and start snapping photos of the dead bodies? The teachers would have been more concerned with getting their students out than taking a photo.

If the school was closed like some claim, why was there food delivered to 12 Dickinson Dr on 9/06/12?

Michael Vabner was Lenny Pozner's stepson. Michael and Noah share the same mother, so a resemblance between the two is possible.

Here are all five Vabner/Pozner children Mother's Day 2012.

Read Cassavechia's statement. They did four attempts to resuscitate on the victims.

Plus there is this, the Hartford Consensus. A doctor who reviewed the autopsies was part of that report. They found that the victims died almost immediately.

As far as Sandy Hook goes. there were EMT's that went into the school. Unfortunately, after checking the victims, there were only two children that showed any sign of life. Both died either on the way to or at Danbury hospital.

William Cario, Matt Cassavechia, Patrick Dragon, Bernie Meehan and John Reed were the EMT's that went into Sandy Hook.

Add up the murders in the link you gave and compare it to the totals in this one.

https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2012/crime-in-the-u.s.-2012/tables/5tabledatadecpdf/table_5_crime_in_the_united_states_by_state_2012.xls

The murders in your link add up to 110, the total shown for mine in Connecticut for 2012 is 146. Why is there a 36 murder difference? You link only shows murders reported by each town. Sandy Hook was investigated by the state police not the local Newtown cops. So the stats from that murder come from the state cops.

Your link does not account for any crimes investigated by state cops, only the locals ones.

The case isn't over, they are just trying to get Jones to pay instead of him hiding his assets.

It's her, I linked another video of her singing for kids at a library in 2009.

If she had ties to Obama before the shotting, then that would be suspicious. But no evidence of that.

Jones has no interest in going to court, he's already offered to settle with the parents and apologized to them in his latest deposition.

You just ignore the part where I pointed out your ridiculous suggestion, she drive the kids back to the school? Why would even say that that? "Hey kids, I know you just saw your teacher get shot. I know what you saw was terrible, but I'm going to drive you back there." Yeah, that seems like something a person would do. Good lord.

Again, the kids were hysterical, we don't know what was going through the bus driver's mind. Her brain might have been going a million miles an hour at that point. Rosen came out and saw them and had them come to him.

You're trying to make something out of this, when it's not that big of an issue.

She was not driving a bus at the time. She was in her personal vehicle, with her two children.

"So you buy that load of horseshit?"

" she should have attempted to take them back to the school"

Why would she take them back to the school? You think those kids would have wanted to go back to the school where they just saw their teacher get shot?

What is your source for what you have posted about what the kids did?

What's far-fetched about small children, who just witnessed a horrible act, not thinking clearly?

You said in another comment that the kids missed the firehouse completely as they were running from the school. That's not what happened. In the bus driver's statement, she says she saw them in the parking lot of the firehouse. That's when Rosen came, and they all went to his house.

So, they didn't miss the firehouse, that's where they were found by the bus driver.

You're not taking into account the horror the children had just seen and how that might have affected their thinking.

In the bus driver's statement, she says while she was talking to the kids, Rosen came out of his house and she and the kids went there. Had someone from the firehouse had come out at that point, maybe the kids would have gone there instead.

I've never been in that situation, and I doubt you have either.

I have given that angle a thought. What they saw had to be horrifying. I think it's reasonable that they may not have been thinking clearly at that point.

"Stop obsessing about the effects of gunshots on unprotected hearing. Sounds like you've never been around or handled firearms before."

You're the one who brought it up to begin with.

I'd give the kids a break, considering what they had just seen.

-1
MikeNorton -1 points ago +1 / -2

You say that the kids hearing had to be affected, for all we know it was affected.

If you're running out of a school after seeing someone shoot your teacher, you might not be thinking exactly logical at that point. So if they missed the firehouse and kept running, it's reasonable.

-1
MikeNorton -1 points ago +1 / -2

There were in a panic, we can't imagine what they were going through in that moment.

You're also making an assumption that the kids hearing wasn't affected, it very could have been. It was not mentioned in the report.

Adrenaline can make people do these they're not ordinarily able to do. You're making an assumption when it comes their hearing being damaged from the gunfire. Since we can only speculate where those kids were in relation to Lanza when he was shooting.
