I make sourdough everything - even use it in conventional yeast breads, just by substituting some for the equivalent bread and water. Super good for gut health! Merry Christmas!

Did you know you can make sourdough cookies with lard cream filling? I haven’t made these yet but I’m definitely going to later this week. They sound amazing! https://nitter.poast.org/ellavatehealth/status/1860073246026055949#m

Both links from Sleepydude. The second link is the long comms, which is referenced in the first link, which is newer and shorter. Sorry for any confusion.

Sleepydude has some interesting takes on McDonald’s in general and how it is used in comms. https://open.substack.com/pub/sleepydude/p/old-mcdonald-had-a-farm?r=4vkyb&utm_medium=ios

Check Walmart. For sure they used to come in little boxes with China labels. I haven’t looked for a while and rarely shop at Walmart anymore.

Great testimonial! How do you do the tumeric bit - grated into food or a drink? I see a lot of people recommend tumeric supplements, but I always think we should focus on the real food. I’m personally not into furry, so looking for other options.

It’s more than plants - it’s the sun! Look at it every morning at sunrise. Listen to Jack Kruse, a neurosurgeon. His data is seriously mind blowing! We have all been played via blue light on all our screens. This is a long video, but will absolutely wake you up to so much more truth! Jack is opening up on many talks lately. https://youtu.be/SiBFtwbyv44?si=H2pyIorzhcfrkTuw

If you read the Daily Mail article linked above, Big Mike was in Paris on a tour to promote “Becoming” book. So much in your face evil…

The second and third parts are even more intriguing. Looking forward to Part 4.

I’m optimistic that at some point we will see many missing gospels and books of wisdom hidden for centuries in the Vatican.
Perhaps much recovered during the operation at the Vatican where many suspect our gold was recovered? Perhaps the “gold” includes sacred knowledge?

Is Q the author of the Missing Q (Quelle) source Gospel?

Interesting take! Perhaps the Gospel of Thomas is real and parts are playing out now, such as saying 18? 18) The disciples said to Jesus, "Tell us how our end will be." Jesus said, "Have you discovered, then, the beginning, that you look for the end? For where the beginning is, there will the end be. Blessed is he who will take his place in the beginning; he will know the end and will not experience death."
