After reading the ingredients, some of them would be literal poison to me based on previous allergic reactions. Which is why people need to choose wisely and do the research before blindly lining up for a shot they know nothing about.

Suffered for years. Worst part is that I have fantastic hearing, so I am sensitive to every little noise - hyperacusis. No technique has helped - tried evering. Have learned to live with it by playing music and falling asleep to music/white noise or even the TV. Would be fantastic to spend a day in total silence.
