If it is, the attacks are clearly a waste of time and having no notable impact on anything. If there is an attack against frankspeech.com, it is information warfare designed to make people think there is no reason to visit the site (because it is "nothing but a psy-op" or "a honeypot" or whatever other nonsense misleads people and causes them to miss out on the great content being disseminated from there daily).
They said they were under attack early on. I rarely have any difficulty accessing and using the site. If they are enduring ongoing attacks, they apparently are not very effective, and I haven't heard them mention them in a LONG time.
It is really just #1 and #3. There is absolutely no reason to believe #2 has any serious merit whatsoever. The site was DDOS'd in the early days, maybe some after that (ineffective, btw). DDOS is not a sophisticated attack. It also wasn't effective. There is no reason to believe there is any "super secret content" stored at frankspeech.com to justify some super elite black hat hacker wasting his time. The DDOS could be launched be any idiot and works only to make Mike look incompetent. But, again, that failed. Support frankspeech and don't participate in falsely maligning its value and success.

I'm on there at least an hour every day, and some of my best intel is coming from there. Honestly, for quality, depth of content, frankspeech is regularly trumping this site, hands down. No, he's 100% incorrect, most likely. HIs theory makes no sense, maligns what frankspeech is actually doing (allowing free speech and conveying important information), and has no apparent grounding in reality. Where is the evidence for the claim? Where is the logical argument? It is just like a random thought that falls apart under scrutiny.
OP is arguing that frankspeech, a very expensive web site that is very stable, constantly putting out excellent content, is absorbing people canceled from other platforms who earn their living providing such content, is nothing but a sting operation to catch black hat "hackers" DDOS'ing the site? Do you understand what DDOS is? It is basically a bunch of computers with malware that allows someone with proper credentials to send orders to the malware and cause the bots to act in unison. Usually the DDOS is little more than telling the bot net to send a lot of network packets all at once to create traffic jam on the network. The hacker, even if just a lowly script kiddy, is likely activating the bots through TOR or a VPN. All the logs will show is attacks from computers owned by innocent people. Heck, your own devices may be participating without your knowledge if they have been compromised and co-opted into a bot net! You maybe got compromised by visiting a tainted web site with an out of date OS/browser. So you really believe frankspeech is just to bust people likely you unwittingly running malware? And from you how do they trace back to the originator of the malware? Or the kid sending a single command to the bot swarm over TOR or VPN? The whole idea is frankly ridiculous!
We all need to do better here. Just because you have a cool idea or think someone else's idea looks cool on the surface, engage in a bit more critical thinking before jumping on stuff that may end up making us look silly and ill-informed. And, as I said elsewhere, frankspeech is a WONDERFUL service to the community. Everyone should be checking it regularly. When nonsense like this post gets promoted, many people may not bother checking frankspeech thinking that it is just a honey pot to pull in bad actors. So if you want some compelling ideas and facts to ponder deeply, ignore empty claims like OP made and actually go to frankspeech to watch some of the excellent content. Be sure to check out the pre-recorded sections so you can watch entire airings without just being stuck with the "livestream" on the main page which you may have already seen.
I'm afraid you're a bit off the mark with this one. "...just enough..."?! "...fell flat..."?! I'm there an hour or more every day and constantly getting great new information! The site is EXCELLENT and EXTREMELY successful so far. Furthermore, Brannon Howse has stated repeatedly and recently that they have very solid numbers all day every day with big spikes of activity whenever they go live. The site is 100% legit. If it is being used to trap script kiddies or something, that's a side project.
Furthermore, DDOS is an unsophisticated form of attack any idiot can pull off. You can buy bot nets on the dark web and launch a DDOS with almost no understanding of technology. It isn't top-tier blackhat hackers doing all the DDOS attacks.

There is no reason to make these claims about frankspeech and not about, say, this site. Would you find it reasonable if I said I thought this forum was "nothing more than a psy-op" just because the bad guys attack it occasionally? I hope not, because that would be equally absurd. Sites can serve more than one purpose, certainly, but if frankspeech serves only one purpose, that purpose is not what you suggest. The primary purpose of frankspeech is to provide a platform for freespeech and allow Mike Lindell and others a voice they otherwise would not have. People like Diamond and Silk are not setting up operations there to run a sting on a bunch of script kiddies. That's small potatoes compared to what frankspeech is really doing.

I believe I remember Mike saying that is not the case. He means to file a Quo Warranto, which, as I understand, is basically demanding Biden prove under what authority he pretends to be POTUS. Supposedly Mike's attorneys have assured him that this can be filed directly with SCOTUS. However, I'm not convinced that that is actually the goal. As Mike himself has stated, he wants to spread the information thoroughly first, which puts a LOT of pressure on SCOTUS!
On a related note, frankspeech.com is pretty great. They aired an old documentary last night hosted by John Wayne. According to it, the US was compromised much farther back than many of us have thought. Allegedly, there were Communist forces within our government dragging out conflicts such as the Vietnam war. It may be our Federal Government has been rotten to the core for quite some time, including SCOTUS. We might need something akin to a full reset. What we see as the biggest issues/problems may be stepping stones toward rectifying a much larger problem than many of us have yet fully comprehended.

I can vouch for the fact Patrick and his crew were looking into this as you say. Are you sure it is their work that Mike has in his possession? I have followed Mike closely and have never heard him say EXACTLY who the people are who provided him the data on January 9th (that's the correct date, right? I'm too lazy to go back through the video just now! xD). It is great if Patrick's data is what he has, but I think it is even better if he has yet another source, especially if that source is military! Also, if it is Patrick's data he has, I would expect to have seen more of Patrick on frankspeech.com.
